Being on the beach - you can’t beat it! We loved being able to walk down to a practically private beach everyday. Fully stocked/renovated kitchen was great. It’s an older home, but you can tell they’re trying to keep up with modernity. Great layout for us as we have 3 kids and grandparents came too.

Perfect location, steps from a private beach. Great boogie boarding waves, lots of fun! House was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone! My only request would be to invest in a few more pans, it worked fine, but cooking for 10 took some creativity! Otherwise it was absolutely perfect! Loved it!

Awesome week at the beach. Great location and privacy. House needs some upgrades and some new comfy living room furniture. Would recommend this house and will look at this location again. Covered seating area is special and is very nice addition to the house.

You can't beat the location of this property. The view was amazing and the private feel to the beach was the best! The house was simple but comfortable, except for the mattresses in the queen rooms. The AC worked great! The house had everything we needed except we ran our of toilet paper the first night and could not find any extras in the house. We just went to the gas station down the road and bought more. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. Loved that every room has a direct view of the ocean.

We had a blast for one week here. House was clean and welcoming, tile floors made it easy to clean up after ourselves as well. Loved the amount of beds a available. The back porch is so close to the beach, those morning sunrises are stunning. We’d come back to this house.

You will be renting this property from a property management company. The description on VRBO is different than the contract the management company sends you after booking. Getting in was a process as the door lock didn't work took and 3 hrs to get in the house. The house is dated with stuffing coming out of the couch, a few roaches running around, and dated patio furniture. There were also nails and debris on the ground floor which I reported but ultimately had to clean up myself. The location and views are amazing though. It was easy to get to downtown St. Augustine ( aprox 10-15 minutes)

Perfect Beach Getaway – We’ll Be Back!

We had such a great stay at this beach house! The location is unbeatable—just steps from the sand, water, and waves. It’s incredibly private, which made our trip feel peaceful and relaxing, even in the middle of July. Because this stretch of beach is lined with houses instead of big hotels, we practically had the beach to ourselves.The house itself was spacious and well set up for a large family. There was plenty of comfortable seating in the living room, and the sleeping arrangements worked out really well. The master mattress could use an update, but everything else was great. The accommodations were clean, cozy, and felt like home.We highly recommend this beach house and are already planning to return with our family. A truly special place for a memorable vacation!

Family Beach Trip

The view was great! Under the house was great for sitting, reading and enjoying the sound and sight of the ocean. The walk to the beach was easy. The house was not clean when we arrived. There were no pillow cases for the extra pillows. The house needs structural updating. The house just did not live up to expectations and previous reviews.

Overall enjoyable

The view and access can’t be beat. The undercroft was extremely nice for escaping the sun while remaining outside. The beds however looked like a semi ran over them, found crackers behind bed. The whole place needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Refrigerator needed to be replaced 5 years ago, door wouldn’t stay shut so maintenance came and rigged up a bungiebcord. Kitchen needs all the pots, pans, kitchen utensils replaced. The place is for sale so doubtful anything will be done.
