Private beach and amazing views.

The property is absolutely amazing. The beach is basically private and we saw horses on the beach daily. The house accommodated our large family of 18. Pool was great as well. And the views from both decks was beautiful. I highly recommend this property.

It was nice to have our own entire compound! The living spaces were great. Beach access was easy. It was nice to just have everything in one place. Pool, big house, parking, space for everyone, large property and beach access. I would totally stay here again. We had 12 people in our group and this house worked perfect. Having a washer and dryer was nice. I felt safe with the gate at the driveway. I was greeted when I arrived at the property.

Incredible home right on the beach! The property manager Mandy was very helpful in answering questions about the house and giving suggestions about what to do in Vieques. The beach in front of the house is a nice place to snorkel and my family also loved the pool area. A short 15-20 minute ride to the bioluminescent bay and all of the amazing beaches on the south of the island. Hope to return again soon!

Family gathering

It was perfect for our group. Every amenity we might need. The host was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. A beautiful setting that was soothing yet close to where we needed to go. Definitely a 5-star experience.

Our stay was amazing. Greg is an awesome host and was very helpful. His manager also made us feel right at home. The property was so beautiful and comfortable. The ocean is right outside. It was secure and private. We felt like we were in our own little paradise. Definitely would stay here again.

Excellent Family Experience

If you have a family or a large group this is the best option the property has two houses one on each level are fully equipped. It has a bbq for activities and swimming pool. It also has a fully equipped laundry room and it has items for the beach that you can use such as chairs, beach coolers and others. It has access to the beach. It has a spectacular view. If you want a great experience with friends and family this is a good place. And last but not least the host is 5 stars, he explains everything about the house and is available all the time for whatever you need.

Beautiful, private, and fully stocked

We rented both units for a big family vacation. The property is really remarkable - the views are insane, the pool is a good size with plenty of loungers, the semi-private beach is a treat, and the house has everything you could possibly need. When I say it's fully stocked, I mean - there are so many beach chairs that we never got to the bottom of the stack, and we were taking 11 people to various beaches almost every day. There are coolers you can take with you, there are plenty of towels (and washing machines so you don't have to worry about running out), there were no appliances/cookware that we needed but couldn't find. The owner was very responsive and no one had a single complaint about the property. 10/10 would stay again!

We had both levels for an extended-family vacation, which worked out very well. We could separate the night owls from the early risers, so we didn’t disturb each other. The house, the semi-private beach and the views from the veranda were all spectacular. Most days we could swim there; one day the waves were surf-worthy. There are nearby snorkeling beaches; the farthest you will need to drive is 30 minutes. Grocery shopping is nearby. The zoned A/C was convenient for varying needs, but we were only inside for sleeping. The veranda, grounds, pool and beach were in constant use.
