No alcohol is permitted at gatherings or events. Unapproved parties, events, or additional guests are strictly prohibited and may result in termination of the stay.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely no smoking/vaping. Strict rule, any violation will result in additional $200 cleaning fee
