Welcome to our charming garden home nestled next to Spain Ranch. This cozy and comfortable retreat is the perfect place to unwind and relax. Whether you're looking for a quiet retreat or a romantic getaway, our cottage is for you. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, connected to Spain Ranch, we are just a short drive away from Tulsa and Downtown Jenks.

The cozy spaces indoor are perfect for snuggling up and watching your favorite Nancy Meyers romcoms. More of an outdoor enthusiast? Dine al fresco in the English Garden (late April 2023) or enjoy your early morning coffee while watching the wildlife come and go from Spain Ranch.

The house features a cozy living room with comfortable seating and a flat-screen tv (with Apple TV) to enjoy your favorite Nancy Meyers romcom. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The bedrooms are furnished with plush king and queen sized beds featuring luxury towels, feather pillows, and linens ensuring a peaceful and restful nights sleep. Both bathrooms feature heated floors as well as all of the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

Other indoor features include high-speed internet, smart lock door access, and a fully stocked game closet.

Step outside onto the private backyard patio and enjoy the beauty of our garden and mature canopy of trees. The covered back porch allows you to enjoy the scenery rain or shine. The outdoor patio is complete with a dining table and chairs for al fresco dining. The garden and landscaping is filled with lush greenery, colorful flowers, and a pond fountain, providing a peaceful and serene environment for relaxation. A guest favorite is to enjoy a favorite cup of morning coffee while taking in the sights and sounds of the waterfowl, deer, fox and other wildlife next to the pond at Spain Ranch. Fishing the pond at Spain Ranch is allowed by request and is catch and release only.

A perfect place to stay when in town for my daughter's wedding at Spain Ranch. The house is lovely and spacious, beds are comfortable and the back porch is wonderful. It was so relaxing sitting out back enjoying the peaceful neighborhood. We highly recommend staying here, especially if you're attending a wedding at Spain Ranch!

What a gem! Perfect for family of five (two couples) one single. We enjoyed the eclectic feel and charm of the home. So many amenities! There are charging stations and sound machines in each bedroom. We enjoyed looking out at the pond while eating breakfast. Would definitely come again.

Beautiful property, quiet and peaceful. Decor is antiques and Victorian. Very comfortable and cozy. Was a great location for a girls getaway! The host is very friendly and accommodating and easy to communicate with so don’t hesitate sending him questions…he is attentive and quick to answer. There is a lake on property that you can walk around and enjoy the outdoors and see from the house.

We were pleasantly surprised with how much space there is in the living room/dining area. The pictures had us all thinking it would be a bit cramped in there, but no. Not at all. Plenty of space. It’s really a lovely home. Clean. The only thing I didn't like AT ALL was the lack of window coverings on some of the windows in the front and the back of the home. Communication with owner was fine; no problems. We had to leave early due to the winter storm approaching. Very likely that we will rent again.

We’ll definitely stay in this home again

This was our first time visiting family in Oklahoma and we loved it. We’ll definitely be back and definitely stay in this home again. The neighborhood is beautiful, private and something special. The airport is close by which was very convenient. The hosts were perfectly communicative and so kind. The house has everything you need, spacious and comfortable. The beds are worth mentioning, they were like sleeping in a luxury hotel. Not one suggestion of improvement needed! We really just had an incredible stay. Thank you so much.
