We bought in Winter Park/ Fraser because its so great for families. This townhouse location is ideal. We Love the open space of the neighborhood. Hiking. Mountain bike trails/hiking trails are a of couple blocks away from the house. We Love the fishing ponds on the property. We enjoy the bowling alley and the Rec Center. We can ride bikes to the festival space in town. We Love the Grand Park tubing hills! Free shuttle right outside the front door to everywhere! We Love the cross country ski trails that are so close. We Love Winter Park ski Resort! So much space and beauty to enjoy in WP!

Best location! Great ski resort views. Amazing walking, hiking, and mountain bike trails. We have a peloton spin bike you can use! Itâs just another option for a great workout and a super fun experience!
Grand lake is close. Steamboat is close. Estes park is close. There is Plenty of room and we have all the amenities you would want in a vacation home. Winter park resort and Fraser offer all the things any mountain resort has to offer for families....Only easier and cheaper. With these towns, there is no mud season âghost townâ feeling like you find in other resorts. There is Always something to do. It's ideal!!

Winter park resort and Fraser offer all the things any mountain resort has to offer for families....Only easier and cheaper. With these towns, there is no mud season âghost townâ feeling like you find in other resorts. There is Always something to do. It's ideal!!
