Village Center offers many amenities which is only a 5 minute walk along path next to the water! Owner pays all costs including utilities and HOA Fees, including high-speed internet and TV and landscape maintenance. Home Built in 2016 and living room furniture recently updated with brand new leather. Sofa and love seat both feature 2 recliners -- super comfy!! Kitchen completely outfitted with dishes, pots and pans and serving pieces --
