Nuestra casa de 3 habitaciones y 2 baños se ubica en la aclamada comunidad planificada de Estrella Mountain Ranch, al sur de Goodyear, AZ, que cuenta con una piscina de agua salada climatizada y un spa en un lote con vista premium. El concepto abierto, de 2350 pies cuadrados, en un plano de planta de un nivel es perfecto para reuniones y para relajarse. Nuestra casa ha sido meticulosamente mantenida y es para no fumadores. La cocina cuenta con gabinetes de cerezo, encimeras de cuarzo, isla grande y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-size, TV nueva, acceso al patio / piscina exterior, baño privado con dos lavabos, bañera, ducha separada, baño privado y vestidor grande. El segundo baño se comparte con los dos dormitorios de invitados e incluye un combo de bañera / ducha con dos lavabos. Las habitaciones de huéspedes tienen camas de matrimonio. El patio tiene un patio cubierto, una parrilla de barbacoa de gas natural construida y una piscina de agua salada climatizada con gas, un spa y características de agua, y es perfecto para ver fabulosas puestas de sol. Si se desea calentar la piscina, la tarifa es de $ 30 / día. El garaje de gran tamaño ofrece aparcamiento cubierto y trastero.
Las atracciones cercanas son: Phoenix International Raceway (NASCAR) y Goodyear Ballpark, sede de los entrenamientos de primavera de los Cincinnati Reds y los Cleveland Indians. Estadios NHL, NFL, NBA y MLB - 30 minutos. Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport a través de la I-10 - 35 minutos.

This was our third time to Estrella Mt Ranch staying in different homes each time. This home was by far the best! Terri was extremely great to work with. The house was very well stocked with everything you could ever need to have a fantastic vacation. This will be our first choice in any future stays in Estrella.

Wonderful Home

This is the best home we have rented. We loved the lay out of the home. The best part was the owners made you feel so welcome in their home. We were left fresh baked brownies as a welcoming. The instructions the pool were great we just need a little more instructions from the owner because we were not smart enough but that was our fault. The location of the home was great for everything we needed. We loved the fact that we could contacted the owner in advance and they told us their favorite places to eat and gave us the best place to shop for groceries which was a great help. The places they suggested for dinner were wonderful. I highly recommend this home and we would rent this home again.

The hot Tub was nice after walking all day. athe pool was refreshing on the 90 days every day we were there. We cooked steaks and burgers a couple of time.

Family time before daughter left to college

We couldn’t have been happier with this home. We need family time before we dropped our kiddo off to college. The house is homey, clean and had everything we needed. The pool was lovely And we were in it everyday! Thank you to Teri for the kind words and great communication. This was a hard time for our family but having the house made it easier. Will definitely book here again.

The perfect Arizona getaway

Beautiful Home

We really enjoyed our stay and the area was very nice as well. It was nice to have a cup of coffee in the morning out by the pool and their view as well as the birds chirping away was such a calming feeling. The home was comfortable, clean and well stocked too! Overall, it was a nice little getaway and very enjoyable!

Wonderfully easy and comfortable place to stay!

We really can’t say enough about this property. Check-in and Check-out super easy. Communication with Terri (owner) was quick and attentive. The house and grounds are very, very nice, so much room!!! It took no time to get comfortable and feel like we had been there before. 😃 It is stocked well with the things you will need and the things you didn’t know you would need. This property is very well maintained. Everything worked perfectly. The location was exactly what we wanted and needed. Close to our kids and the hiking/biking trail systems. Wonderfully quiet location, really fun to watch wildlife out back when sitting outside. If we ever get the opportunity to rent this property again we would do it in a second! Oh, before I forget, the homemade cookies upon arrival were the best! (Especially after driving through a Flagstaff snowstorm and bumper to bumper traffic to Phoenix. Very reminiscent of our Colorado skier traffic. 😂 Cookies made up for it!

Perfect for a getaway!

The property is better than description or photos show. This home was very clean, well stocked and easy to figure out how to operate the home. Estrella Mountain Ranch is a wonderful well-kept secret for a getaway. My hubby enjoyed the golfing! The pool is crystal clear and many hours were enjoyed poolside. There are umbrellas, multiple choices for seating, pool toys and many fluffy pool towels available. The kitchen is well stocked with quality pans and cooking utensils. We so enjoyed the home we only ate out once...simply didn’t want to leave. The beds are comfy with soft sheets and plenty of towels available for the bathrooms. We can’t say enough about the owners and their communication...best we’ve had! There was even a welcome note and fresh cookies upon our arrival! We can’t wait to come back! This is a well-kept secret....shhhh

Very Impressed

My husband and I spent 2 weeks at this beautiful property. First of all Terri is fabulous to work with! This house is wonderful and in a perfect location, with lots of activities to participate in, or simply relaxing by the pristine pool and spa, this property has it all!! After a couple of long days of driving from Canada, we arrived to this Luxurious, welcoming (even had homemade cookies on the counter) home and we felt immediately relaxed! Terri and Ed were available with any questions throughout our stay, and we had the pleasure to meet Elaine and Leon that take care of the house. Our friends Gina and Brian stayed a few nights with us, and we were all super impressed with the House, Location and the attention to detail by the homeowners (Terri and Ed). When vacationing, we also enjoy some entertaining, and this house is so well stocked. We had a couple of dinner parties with our family, and everyone was so comfortable! The kitchen was so well stocked with everything from Pots and Pans to Serving essentials that it was a joy to put together the dinners. We had originally booked for 3 weeks but due to the Covid-19 we had to cut our trip short. We really didn’t want to leave but there was talk of closing the Canada/US border. So we really had no choice. Again, Terri was right there for me to talk to and was amazing, and a way more than fair with us! What could have been an upsetting vacation was one of the best holiday’s ever! We will definitely recommend this home, and will return to this property because of our experience and the attention to detail by the homeowners. K & L

Quiet Private Retreat

My husband and I spent 5 days here and didn't want to leave. This property is next to a small park (we never saw anyone there) and backs ups to a wide wash. The neighborhood is quiet and removed from road noise. If you like hearing birds and sunset mountain views - you will love this place. The home was very clean, has a great split bedroom layout and the master bed has an excellent supportive mattress. The home is tastefully decorated with good quality furnishings. Owners were very responsive with any questions we had. The pool is exceptionally clean. It is a very relaxing, clean and pleasant property to stay at.
