The Royal Palm at The Palm Club accommodates up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms and 5.5 baths.

Kitchen was well equipped, space was immaculate. Close to king street to walk to shopping and eating. Sugar bakery is next door, Holey bagel/coffee shop close by. Host was responsive and clear. I would definitely book this place again.

Loved the location. One of the rooms wasn't set up the way I had requested and one of the rooms (the last one at the very top) wasn't the quality of the others. There wasn't a real closet and the bathroom had a curtain so that was disappointing when compared to the others, but overall, the place was perfect! Having the ice machine was fantastic too.

My team members and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of privacy and space for each of us while also having nice common areas. Convenient to King Street restaurants and shopping. Would stay again!
This house was perfect for our group size. Each room had very comfortable beds and had an attached bathroom which made getting ready a breeze. It was a quick walk to King St. which helped significantly and we had zero issues at all. Would recommend this property to anyone traveling!
This property was the perfect walking distance to King street! We were able to hold our entire group with more than enough room. Very clean and the property manager was very prompt and responsive to any needs we had. Highly recommend!
Stayed here for a bachelor party. The house was cozy and easy to access. Walkable to a bunch of shops and entertainment. The property manager was very responsive and helpful for any questions that popped up. The beds were comfortable. The luggage lockers for check out day were a huge bonus. 100% will stay here again. We were there for a family reunion.My family stayed here while 20 others stayed elsewhere. We were close to King St, so it was a lot of fun. The Villa is well appointed and we all had enough room. A truly wonderful find!
Convenient location, clean property, pet friendly. Fun, modern space for gathering together as a group, yet bedrooms are tucked away enough to allow for some privacy as well. The dedicated ice maker was the MVP of the week! This home made for a perfect "command central" for our family visit to Charleston.
The property was well located to enjoy Charleston - great neighborhood. The interior is functional, not warm or cozy. Kitchen was well supplied with equipment (no toaster?), but no pantry supplies. We easily cooked dinner for 12 four nights running, but had to eat in our laps. Dishwasher broke and could not be fixed during our stay. Our guests found clean bathrooms, but rooms a bit dusty and with other people's leave behind still present. So all in all very good, but with some room for improvement.

Seemed like more of a party house than a family house. The living furniture was terrible! Outdoor sofas. No throw blankets, different cushions that didn't match. Everything felt cold and not inviting. Cement floors with one small round sisal outdoor rug. Living furniture needs to be updated! Pictures of outside and interior are deceiving.

This was the perfect property for our family of 8. Everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom. Plenty of space for the family to move around. House was exceptionally clean. Communication with property manager was excellent. House was a 5 minute walk to King St. Neighborhood was safe, quiet, and walkable. Will definitely be back in the future!
Our stay was fantastic. The property was exactly as listed. Just beautiful and very very well appointed. Had everything we needed. The property managers were so communicative and responded within minutes to any questions before and during our stay.
