Welcome to your slice of paradise on Lake LBJ! We are absolutely thrilled to host you. This home has been in our family for over a decade; our children grew up here, and we hope to share that same wonderful experience with you. "Pura Vida" translates to "pure life," and we hope you experience exactly that during your stay. The beauty of our specific location on the lake is that we are up past the shoals where the big wakeboard boats cannot access, making it incredibly safe and peaceful for you and your family to play and relax. For thrilling adventures on the water, take a kayak or paddleboard to explore a hidden waterfall, or paddle up toward the dam to see wildlife and birds. If a slower pace is calling your name, you can spend your days fishing, swimming, or simply floating and sunbathing right off the dock. For unforgettable shoreside activities, you can explore nearby hiking trails, tour the famous Hill Country wineries, or simply kick back on the deck to enjoy a stunning lakeside sunset. Whatever brings you here, our home is designed to be your perfect getaway.
You’ll find multiple places to gather outside, including the large covered patio with a fireplace and a great view of the lake to enjoy a morning coffee. A friendly game of darts or corn hole may be in order, and the kids will love splashing around on the small private dock. In the evening, fire up the gas grill/griddle on the patio and dine alfresco at the large patio table. When night falls, gather at the patio fireplace to roast marshmallows and trade stories about the day.

Inside you’ll find spaces just as charming. The wide-open floor plan has the game room, dining room, living room and a chef's kitchen in one open space. In your gourmet kitchen, you can cook while watching the kids and entertain your guests at the 12 ft. butcher block island while always enjoying a view of the lake from any part of the room. The entire wall facing the lake has floor to ceiling windows that sets the tone of your lake vacation with family and friends.

Dogs are welcome in this home for a pet deposit of $75 per pet.

Parking notes: There is parking in the driveway for up to seven cars.

Boating: You can access the house with a boat, but it has to have an outboard motor i.e. fishing or pontoon boats only.

Pets: The yard isn't entirely enclosed by a fence. The fences run down only the sides of the property.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
