Gorgeous Lakefront Home, Peaceful, Fully Stocked, Fire Pit

Our home was custom built in 2021 with large family gatherings in mind. We can accommodate up to 10 adults (12 total), with ample indoor and outdoor common space for your group to enjoy, and 1GB WiFi accessible throughout the property.

Inside the kitchen opens up to the dining room and living area with a gas fireplace, Smart HDTV and Bose Sound Bar. The kitchen is fully equipped for large Holiday gatherings, including all your cooking necessities and a gas range. The dining room table has seating for 10, with counter seating for 3 at the large island. There is a large pantry off the kitchen, as well as a 1/2 bathroom and laundry room with new washer and dryer.

The Master Bedroom is located right off the living room, and has a separate bathroom and Smart HDTV. There are four additional bedrooms and two bathrooms located on the opposite side of the house, each with a Queen Bed, and one with an additional oversized, built-in bunkbed for the kiddos.

The bonus room/play room is a great spot for the entire family to gather, no matter the age, with plenty of seating (including a large, comfy bean bag), games, toys, movies, and a SmartHDTV. The bonus room also includes a desk, a queen size murphy bed and a door for those who may need to check in before heading to the water. This room exits to the screened in porch, which is a perfect place to enjoy the sunrise or sunset while overlooking the lake.

Outside you will find a large dock with a new Weber Gas Grill, seating for 16 and 180 degree views of Lake Gaston. The backyard is grassy and flat with plenty of space to play games like Badminton or Cornhole, or to toast s'mores at night, and is an easy walk to a private dock where you will find kayaks, fishing poles, floats, and life jackets (including kids sizes) for your enjoyment on the water! The dock is located in a quiet cove with 10 ft of water, making it perfect for jumping and swimming, and has a SmartHDTV and plenty of seating to enjoy football in the Fall.

If you choose to bring a boat or jetskis, there is plenty of space to tie to the side of the dock, and is ideal for tubing, wakeboarding, skiing and anything else you might do in a private cove with glassy water. We are only a short boat ride to many marinas and restaurants on the water.

While the lake is most frequented in the Summer, we have thoughtfully added amenities to make our home enjoyable all year long and hope you might consider the added serenity and privacy during the off-season! Our calendar is more flexible during this time, with both longer term stays (1+ month) and shorter minimum stays (2 nights) available.

Cold(er) weather amenities include a gas fireplace in the living area, propane fire pit on the deck, real wood firepit in the back yard, HDTV on the dock (think outdoor football viewing while surrounded by water and Fall weather), and year-round wildlife viewing that we cannot take credit for but is a part of what makes our home so special.
