Welcome to “DejaBlue CanalView” by Clearwater Beach Vacation Homes

DejaBlue CanalView is a picturesque vacation home situated on a serene canal. It features a refreshing pool, 3 comfortable bedrooms, and 3 modern bathrooms. Perfect for a tranquil getaway, this home offers beautiful water views and a blend of comfort and relaxation.

-Guests will have full access to the home

-7 min drive to Roger’s Park man made beach
-12 min drive Sun West park with
- 12 min drive to Pine Island open beach
- Sleeps 8 Comfortable, but we will allow up to ten with two small kids, but not more than 6 adults.
- MAX of four vehicles this includes trailers.

Need to Know
-Property is monitored by a camera at the southeast corner looking to the backyard.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Pets under 30 lbs welcome with a $150 pet fee per dog
-Down payments are either $1000 or 10% of your total (whatever is greater-than)

Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.


Please be advised: Due to our property management account with VRBO, we collect the remaining balance if you are outside the 60-day window after your check-in date and after your down payment has been made. Payment can be made via PayPal with a 4% convenience fee, Zelle with no fee, Venmo with no fee if sent as friends and family, check with no fee, or credit card with a 4% convenience fee. (only for the balance and not the initial down payment)

Note: Pool heaters run from Nov 1-April 1 (if pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day. Pool pumps run 8-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower.

The pool was really nice. The back yard was perfect for pets. The inside of the house was clean and ready for our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked. The dock was a good size for fishing. Restaurants and shopping were close by.

Fantastic stay

The property is lovely, we stayed for 6 nights, and it was exactly what we needed and wanted. The pool is great, the house is clean with everything you need. Love the area and the neighbours, and the grill is a great touch. It is quiet and relaxing, and the beds are super comfortable. No problems at all. I highly recommend this house and location. We fell in love with it, even looked at properties to buy in the area! We would stay here again for sure!!

Relaxing time in Hernando Beach

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly as the pictures show. It’s hard to decide if the best part was the porch or the pool! We saw amazing sunrises from the porch in the mornings. We had everything that we needed in the well stocked kitchen. We highly recommend!

Relaxing stay

We had a great time! The house was roomy, comfortable & well equipped. Checking was easy (all covered in the email). It’s convenient to anything you really need & off the beaten path enough to be quiet & relaxing. Easy walk to the preserve. Pool is lovely. Good variety of things to do within an hour. Very happy with our stay!

Quick trip

I wasn’t able to spend much time at the property, as I was in town for a wedding, and had a lot of errands to run in the short time I was there. I definitely plan on booking another stay in the future. The entire property was immaculate, inside and out, and I could stay on the screened in porch for days and watch the boats go by, it’s so relaxing! I definitely recommend this location!

Ideal getaway spot

Canal home with direct access to the Gulf. We never tired of the birds and wildlife that kept us company. Placing our bets on the pelicans that would drag race up and down the canal was great sport. Dolphin sightings and a bald eagle catching lunch one day. Property had great curb appeal and the house was very clean. Kitchen tableware could us an upgrade but otherwise very satisfactory.
