4th stay here, love it so much! Beautiful home in perfect condition with amazing river views and access. Jumping in off the dock in the clear cool water is so much fun! Kayaking and paddle boarding every day and relaxing at this resort like home is the best way to enjoy time at magical weeki wachee river.

This house was amazing! It was clean, had everything we needed (plus more), and the view was perfect! The screened in porch was also our favorite place to be in the evenings. This was our first time here and we will definitely be back! Adults and teens had the best time.

New and clean place, and I don't think we found it lacking for anything! Plenty to do in the area, but between the provided kayaks and plentiful manatees, we didn't much need to leave the house.

This house and this location was perfect for our week long getaway!The house had everything you can think of and then some extras too!Even used the kayaks (first time kayaking) we had a lot of fun and saw so many manatees even from the house! My husband saw a dolphin and her baby go by too!House was super clean and comfortable!Had some minor issues with the lock but Tonya was quick at responding and fixed the issue super fastWe fell in love with this place and would love to stay again!!!!! Thank you very much!

Our family of 6 adults had a WONDERFUL stay. The house is INCREDIBLE! Well stocked with EVERYTHING you could need. We spent time kayaking & in the water off the dock as well as lounging in the lawn chairs watching people go by. We saw many manatees & a couple of dolphins. We rented go-boats our last day which was a great way to explore the river farther for a couple of us older folks. The screened in lower area was great for a night of cooking & hanging out. No expense has been spared to make this house perfect!! We could not have asked for more.

It was much easier to spot manatees from the upper balcony than in a kayak ! Weekends are a big party atmosphere and neighbor likes classic rock , but much quieter during Tuesday Wednesday Thursday. Pine Island beach is lovely and only 5 minutes away . The Blackstone grill made dinners easy . We launched from State park ( must reserve time and pay ) and it was worth it to float DOWNSTREAM after high tide the whole six miles to house ! Very enjoyable lazy float then

This house was very clean! It supplied everything we needed to drop our bags and play on the river. We saw manatees from the porch everyday and explored the area with ease. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked, water crafts were in good shape, and everything was tastefully decorated. Our family felt right at home. We would love to book again!

Beautiful vacation home in Spring Hill, FL right on the Weeki Wachee river. The home is newer with fun and tasteful decor and loaded with extras and amenities. Our group was very comfortable and we enjoyed the home/kitchen/grill/outdoor living during our stay. Having kayaks and stand-up paddleboards with the self-launch dock was wonderful and convenient. We kayaked, swam, fished, explored the river and watched the river life float by. Saw manatee, fish, birds. Friendly neighbors made it enjoyable as well. We had great weather during our stay and also liked having lots of nearby restaurants, grocery stores and shopping within 15 minutes of the vacation home. Highly communicative hosts, the house was very clean and had all the comforts of home. Wouldn't hesitate to book again when staying in the Spring Hill area. Thanks Tonya and Toby!

We had an absolutely amazing spring break stay at this Margaritaville-themed home! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how thoughtfully designed and fully equipped everything was. The house truly had every amenity imaginable—especially the kitchen, which made it so easy for us to prepare all of our meals from scratch without needing a single extra thing.One of the highlights was definitely the beautiful, crystal-clear Weeki Wachee River right in reach. There were more than enough water toys for everyone, and we had such a fun time floating and enjoying the scenery together.The screened-in tiki bar and lounge area quickly became our favorite gathering spot. It was the perfect place to relax, grill out, play games, and spend quality time as a family—rain or shine.This home exceeded all of our expectations and created such special memories for our family. We are walking distance to a wonderful waterfront restaurant, Upper Deck, and Roger's Park. Some of our favorite local hangouts are Bayport Inn, Tropical Grille, Silver Dolphin, and Drunken Mullet. It's only a short boat ride to the Gulf and Hospital Hole is right around the bend up river. It's a perfect location to enjoy the best that the nature coast has to offer!

We love the architecture in Key West and decided to bring this flair to the river. We lost our favorite musician, Jimmy Buffett, in Sept 2023, the same day we purchased the lot to build. It was only fitting to keep his memory alive in the style and art work in our river home. We added a Tiki Bar, corn hole game, and parrots throughout to keep the parrot head vibe going! We hope you enjoy it!!
