Comfortable Home Close to Attractions

The home was clean, comfortable and equipped with modern appliances and furniture. It looked to be newly renovated. We had good communication with the property manager. The area seemed a bit sketchy but turned out to be very quiet. The location was excellent….close to Ybor City, downtown and Amalie Arena. We would stay again.

Weekend getaway

Nice house. It served its purpose. Close to downtown which was a plus. I suggest maybe a new bed in the 3rd bedroom as the current one squeaks. I also suggest window coverings or frosted glass on the back (kitchen) door

Nice and Friendly

We love the property the owner was very nice and friendly. We had a problem with the alarm system he came right over and fix it. Very quiet community. very easy access to downtown. I will defiantly stay again.

Nice place

The property appears newly renovated. Nice and clean. Has single parking spot but plenty of on street parking. Overall a nice place. First place I’ve stayed in that has absolutely no cooking utensils. No pots and pans…. Nothing. Luckily we worked late so cooking wasn’t high on the agenda. Also not even hand soap in the bathrooms The highway does run right by the property but it is quiet inside. TVs in every bedroom. The only downfall is turning off one tv may turn on another one because they are the same. It kept confusing us when the one rooms tv kept turning on.
