We were three couples that stayed for a long weekend to attend a football game. Pros:Location to Raymond James stadium / on-site parking large enough for a mini van / common area (kitchen, dining, living room) was a great gathering space / nice pool area / rooftop area with fire pit and hot tub Cons:This place has been rented hard

AWESOME location. I travel a lot and have stayed in many places. Typically I do not leave reviews but I felt that the host deserved to be recognized. From booking to arrival and departure the host was available to respond to questions that we had. The place was immaculate more than enough space for all of us. Close to the airport and to many restaurants and bars. Definitely booking again when we come down to Tampa. Thank you.

Great location - easy access

The roof terrace was a great retreat after a day at the ballpark. The kitchen was beautiful. This is a great place for 4 - 6 people (only 2 cars parking).

Concert weekend!

Great location for RJ Stadium! Condo was as described, clean and easy to deal with for check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again if attending an event at the stadium

Homesick for this place!!

We LOVED Ryan's place. Rooftop hot tub was the highlight. Very private and romantic. Beautiful condo, super clean and modern but still cozy. Great fully appointed kitchen. We will be back.

Was very impressed with the property. It was very nice and clean. Ryan is a fantastic host, easy to communicate with. Check in and check out was a breeze. Will definitely be using him in the future!

Nice getaway

Ryan was readily available and responded quickly to any contact we had with him. Pool area was great with bbq outdoor kitchen. The unit was clean but a flooring and paint were a little worn and tired . Hot tub jets need to be changed but overall we had a good experience. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. 10 min from airport.

Excellent stay in Tampa!

I had some doubts since there was only one review on Vrbo and had some communication with the owner (Ryan) before making the reservation (coming a far away from Sweden I want to make sure everything was OK). The listing was very accurate and the kids had a blast, they just loved the roof top jacuzzi. The kitchen and living room are was also very nice and had everything we needed. I’m 100% satisfied with my stay and can only recommend it, Ryan was also very easy to communicate with. The house is very close to the International plaza and the airport, the area is very clean and felt very safe. With the house as our “central” we went easily to Universal studios, Clearwater beaches, down town for a NHL game and Bush gardens (a very positive surprise). Anders
