Ubicado en un edificio estilo hotel, este condominio ofrece un dormitorio con una cama queen size, futón completo y TV, así como dos baños completos, una cocina completa y una sala de estar con sofá cama, TV por cable / DVD / VCR y aire acondicionado. Disfrutar de la vista de la montaña y el estanque mientras se relaja en el patio trasero y paso justo al lado del patio acceder a la playa de arena de la laguna.

We had a lovely weekend at the location. There was a lot to do in case it rains (swimming pool, table tennis, air hockey, etc.).

Five Night Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The lock for the key is too low to read the combination unless you kneel (ADA issue). There is limited lighting in the hall. One window would not close...even tried pushing from outside. It was reported to maintenance. The shower would not turn off requiring maintenance to use a 3-inch pipe wrench to turn off the hot water. Closet doors are not in the track and just hang in the way. Rest of kitchen ware looked like it was from a garage sale. Owner needs to invest. It just looks old.

Even Better than Expected

The entire setup of the property and the unit is great. Close proximity to Ice Castles, Loon Mountain and more. Plenty of restaurant options, a grocery store, movie theater, etc. The unit is very spacious, even has two bathrooms, and everything you’d need in the kitchen. Gorgeous view of the mountains and lake!

Nice quiet stay

Easy everything. Place was dated but clean. Worked for what we needed. Everyone friendly at the main house. We didn’t have pool Passes at condo but they let us use pool. Quiet - we loved that.

Great location

Second time staying in This complex for access to loon mountain. Place was clean and neat but can use some updating. Kitchen light did not work and tv cable box was dead. Had to get some assistance to swap out the cable box from the bedroom so we only had 1 tv and it was quite small for the living room.

The rental company charges ridicilous invented fees such as online booking fee, and then charges a booking fee on a top of it, and then a fee for a damage waiver that does not cover any damage...

We had a great stay, we are not fancy and appreciate rustic ski homes. There were a couple concerns with cleanliness. The sheets on the pull out couch were dirty with lots of hairs etc so we had to get new sheets drove to the office to get them. Also there was a dead mouse coming out through the light fixture in the hall right outside of our room. Both problems were remedied very quickly and we appreciated that. The stovetop catch basins under the burners need to be changed, they were smoking like crazy when we were trying to cook. Also the utensils pots pans etc need to be organized, I tried to do some of it when we were there, would our make it easier to maintain after organizing a little better. The fitness center pool etc was awesome so clean and well maintained, location was great, well cared for but actual unit was def lacking in many ways, but we had fun thank you. Also left my jacket in the closet and they were able to get it for me. Thank you

mountain views are great. The unit is worn, one of the older buildings. Staff was great. Unit was on the lake. Need more than 1 pillow on the beds. major project turning the TV on, 3 remotes.
