I vardagsrummet kan du koppla av framför den vedeldade spisen eller HDTV-plattan med Blueray DVD och Google Chromecast. Luftkonditionering har lagts till i vardagsrummet under sommarsäsongen. Även på ingångsnivån hittar du ett 1/2 bad, tvättstuga och tillgång till bakdäck med en trädbevuxen utsikt och ljud från Pemigewasset-floden East Branch.

Nedför trappan hittar du ett rekreationsrum med plattskärms-TV, ping-pongbord och pyramid (tvilling / full) våningssäng. Utanför rummet finns två sovrum och ett gemensamt badrum. Ett av dessa sovrum har två enkelsängar medan det andra har en dubbelsäng.

Två sovrum med vardera ett eget privat badrum ligger på den övre högsta nivån av radhuset. Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng, luftkonditionering och en smart platt-TV. Det andra sovrummet har också en queen size-säng samt en TV och luftkonditionering.

Under sommarsäsongen se till att du tar ett dopp i det nästan gamla mötet i flodens simningshål eller tillbringar tid på en av de två utomhuspoolerna. Tennisbanor finns också tillgängliga under sommarmånaderna.

Peaceful Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was beautifully decorated, meticulously clean and had everything we needed for our family vacation. The kitchen is well stocked and carefully thought out and even included a Keurig for our morning coffee. There is a large dining area that can fit everyone at the table as well as counter stools for additional seating. The TV area is very comfortable and seats a large family for movies and relaxation after a day of vacation fun. There are soooo many beds! This house has enough beds for any configuration of family(families)! With the 3 full baths, no one had to wait in line for a bathroom and every family member was happy. One of my favorite and most memorable parts of this condo is the outdoor deck area. When you open the sliding glass door and step onto the deck, you have a beautiful and peaceful woodland view and you hear the soft, soothing sound of the Pemi River in the distance.I would highly recommend this condo to any family who would like to escape the hectic pace of weekday life and find a peaceful retreat that is minutes away from hiking, biking, swimming, or great dining.

Perfect Mountain and River Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I visit Lincoln, NH every summer, and this was one of our favorites properties. Plenty of space, clean and the kids loved the added bonus of having a ping pong table. There’s a nice path with stairs down to the wonderful heated pool. It’s always a pleasure working with the Loon Reservation Service. We’re looking forward to returning next year.

Relax on the Pemi!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This Townhouse is very spacious. Our group included 7 adults and 1 child. Loved that there were 3 full bathrooms and 1 half on main level. Kitchen provided updated appliances. Be sure to bring all your own spices, coffee, filters, etc. Laundry room conveniently located on main level. The townhouse was clean and furniture was in good shape. Just a couple mentions that would make rental much better:the mattresses on the queen beds, owner should consider replacing them. Also, the matress pads and sheets did not fit tight...would invest in deep pocket sheets/pad. Lastly, an A/C unit on lower level is needed when temps are high.Fans were provided. Overall we were very satisfied. Great place for a large group, conveniently located just outside of Lincoln...very peaceful unlike all the high rise places in town. Great paved walking path across the street that goes into Lincoln. Access to the river/Lady Bathtub,tennis courts and pools just footsteps away.

Perfect place for families!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One of the best places we have stayed at! Plenty of room for the adults and kids to spread out. The unit was clean and well maintained. The ACs upstairs and in the living room kept the unit comfortable to sleep in especially during a few hot days. It is in a great location - one of the pools and a natural swimming hole was just a short walk even for young kids. It was a quick drive to the downtown area - it is walkable, but you have to use the main road. Also, less than an hour drive to Story Land and tubing on the Saco River. Whale's Tale waterpark is just ten minutes away. We called the owner/manager a few times with questions and they were always very helpful and friendly. This property is great for families and would highly recommend it for those looking to explore the area.

Another lovely stay

If there was any improvement, I would recommend an airconditioner for the lower level, as the dehumidifier really warms the space when the weather is over 80 degrees outside.

This place has everything you need for a wonderful getaway. Plus it is very close to a lot of local attractions. The little walk through the woods to the Pemi River was fun for all! Would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful Family Vacation

Lovely LARGE townhouse

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our multi generation family just spent 8 days in this unit. Well equipped, comfortable home. A few very small issues - couch has some serious low spots. We made a joke of helping each other off it. A bit more attention could be paid to the cleaning: cobwebs and dust were thick on more than one surface. It took us all week to locate the potholders! Recommend they find a way to keep the dehumidifier running more of the time as the basement gets a musty smell that improves the longer you use it. It was so nice to have the ping pong table, the kids loved it. The location is beautiful, but wish a pool were a little closer (not too bad, we found a walking path through the woods). Beds were comfortable. Space appreciated with so many family members. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home.
