Lovely three bedroom, two bath, first floor condominium with central air conditioning located at South Peak Resort close to downtown Lincoln and not far from the South Peak ski slopes at Loon Mountain. South Peak 1D offers an open concept kitchen, dining and living room area. In the living room area enjoy the clarity of a large flat-screen TV with DVD. The primary bedroom suite has a king size bed, flat screen TV and a spacious private bath with separate tub and shower. The second and third bedrooms each also have flat-screen TVs and share a bathroom located in the hall across from the bedrooms. One of these bedrooms has two twin beds and the other, two sets of bunk beds.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Access to the South Peak Community Outdoor Hot Tub and Fire Pit. Please note grilling is not allowed on South Peak Resort Decks or Patios. Grilling is allowed only on the community gas grill located near the South Peak outdoor hot tub. No personal grills are allowed.

Please note: This unit provides two parking spaces.
This home has winter ski shuttle access for specific dates as described at /shuttle-service/
This condo does not offer membership to a pool or fitness center. Pool and fitness club membership of 1+ months can be purchased for a separate drop-in fee at the Mountain Club on Loon or the Nordic Inn Club.
This unit does not allow pets.
This unit has central air conditioning.

Amazing Property in Amazing Location

Communication and property was perfect. Great location on South Peak very close to Loon and great walking/hiking trails. Property was immaculate. Would highly recommend and will be staying here again in the future.

The master suite was monstrous and had a separate bath and shower en suite. The other 2 bedrooms (one a 4 person bunkroom and a twin bed room)shared a single hall room...we were 3 couples ina bathroom that was for 6 people. Forget the TV in the twin/bunk bedrooms if you are older couples. You'dneed the living room to see properly. If you are a couple with kids, it's awesome!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Whilst the general location of this property is fantastic, we were disappointed with this unit during this year's stay. The general cleanliness of this unit was lacking. As an example, there were long hairs on the shower wall of the second bathroom and a 'ring' of dirt in the toilet in the master bedroom. Also, there were very few towels provided which resulted in us having to wash towels each day. Lastly, the gas fireplace did not work. We likely will not rent this unit in the future.

Great overall but some flaws

We have stayed in this condo complex before but on the top floor. This unit is on the bottom floor which is very convenient in terms of getting your stuff in and out easily, but there is a flaw. The buildings apparently have no sound proofing between the floors, something we were oblivious to on the top floor. In this ground unit, you can hear footsteps above you whenever the people upstairs are home. We had a family with a young child staying above us and they were so loud and woke us up every morning very early with their stomping around for hours! We did talk to them, but there was nothing to be done. We would not stay in a ground unit again. The other issue that I was disappointed about is that you are on a private access road that goes directly to the mountain, but there is gate to go through and the management refuses to give out the code to get through the gate. I have no idea why, as they could not give a reason, but I feel this is very unfair as part of the reason to stay here is to bypass the mountain road traffic. There are shuttles but sometimes it can take a half hour to get to your destination with all the stops. The condo itself is nice, bathrooms are dated and get no heat, and the bedrooms are also very cold. Overall it’s nice and the location is great but we won’t stay in this unit again.

The only thing I'd point out is that the toilet in the master bathroom was broken. The seal/O-Ring at the bottom of the tank was loose and each time we had to flush the toilet, I had to go inside the tank and reposition that seal. Not a big deal, I just wanted to make you aware of that.

Amazing location with beautiful views close by

The property was good. Market was also nearby and also it has beautiful scenic views nearby. Check in was simple and they also allowed early checkin too. House was clean also and also with lot of utensils for all types of cooking. I could have given 5 star but only thing that was missing was a comfortable in one of the room(room with 2 single beds) . That bed was making lil noise while we slept. Rest everything was amazing . We would love to stay again here.

So incredibly happy that rented this place for the weekend. Tons of space for the 5 of us to spread out. Location was perfect for us. There’s a short walk to the river, which we enjoyed. 2 thumbs up!

Perfect vacation

Been staying in Lincoln or Bretton Woods for 20 years, south peak 1D is superior to the other locations. Loon reservation service was amazing. Hiked beautiful trails and walks, loved the river behind the condo, even extended our stay by 2 days! Highly recvomend loon reservation service and especially 1D for the perfect vacation.

Great Holiday Get Away

We loved our stay at Loon. The home was clean, comfortable and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Would definitely recommend this home for your next get away.
