Location was great! There was no air conditioning in the bedroom so it got pretty hot. Wish they provided some kitchen supplies so we could cook and use the kitchen

Great location and price

Excellent location and great price. I would have appreciated more than one trash bag, paper towel roll and toilet paper roll for 4 people for 7 days.

This was our 7th trip to HHI and our 1st time staying in South Beach. We enjoyed the location very much. The only thing that needs attention is the floor of the unit. There were soft spots, there was especially one place as you enter the kitchen. We placed a chair over it, because we were afraid it would fall through. Other than that we were very happy with the rental and had a very nice vacation!

First Time in HH

Overall a wonderful experience! Well stocked apartment with a nice deck and a view of the ocean. Would definitely stay here again! Check in/out very easy and the staff were all very helpful.

It was okay. Our towels had alot of brown spots on a few of them. They did not seem clean. We had enough towels so we did not need to request anymore. Not enough toilet tissue or trash bags. Also, some dirty towels were left under the kitchen sink. Overall, it was okay.

Just a suggestion for kitchen: Alot of dishes provided were not recommended for microwave use....Having a larger cooking pot would have been nice to have available...maybe a salad bowl for times when you just want to cook in......would definitely use this condo again!! Thank you....

Seaside Villas is a good stay

This complex is super convenient to the beach, Coligny and anything else you might want to ride your bike to. This space was clean and was as advertised. It’s great for small families who can deal with one restroom. Cons: The check in process could have been better communicated. The parking lot gates are left open the entire time, so the public uses that parking lot to park for beach access. Parking is not assigned, so you have to search for a spot upon your return if you drive to dinner. The bed is a full bed, not a queen. The pullout couch mattress is worn out and provides no comfort, even for small children.

Not bad but not great.

Location and view were the greatest things about this villa. Easy walk to Coligny. Beach is wonderful although there is public access also so it gets crowded in this area quick. Parking can be challenging. I feel there were more cars than parking spots most of the time. I would think if you rented a villa you would be guaranteed a spot. Our villa was clean inside but the balcony needs some work. Outdoor carpet was dirty and sliding door is rickety. If you want to wash your hands bring soap. None provided. No cleaning supplies other than the cheapest dishwasher fluid they could buy.

Thank you for the review. July 4 week is the busiest week of the year and parking places can become a premium. Also, not all rental companies and owners follow the rules about how many cars per unit are allowed. We're sorry if you had trouble finding a spot. We will have the balcony checked out. All units should be set up with a starter package of soap, paper towels, toilet paper, kleenex, etc. We apologize if these were not available to you upon check-in. Yes, I would stay again.

GOOD- Recently remolded and new appliances and new bathroom / shower. It is a close easy walk to be beach. You can see the ocean in the distance form the balcony. If people watching is your thing, the balcony is the perfect location to see the steady flow of people walking. Very nice private pool which was clean and neat. NOT SO GOOD. These were important to me and may not bother others. The parking can be difficult as there are 2 spaces shared by 3 units . The buck beds are as wide an an airplane seat, sofa bed was horrible. Remolded and same old couch didn't make sense. No bedroom TV, only has a "hotel" style AC and you freeze sleeping on the sofa bed, but get hot in the bedroom. I would stay again, but I don't see this place being good for more than 4 people.

The beach was within walking distance and we could see the ocean from our balcony. Our condo was very nice and clean upon arrival. It was very accommodating for the six of us. The location was perfect for shopping and restaurants. We even rented bikes for a couple of days and rode along the paved pathways. I have been coming to Hilton Head for the last ten years, usually with my sisters. We always stay at Seaside and love it there. Shout out to Stephanie at Vacation Time Rentals, she was awesome.

We had our 4 adult kids stay with us for a few days and it was tight but we managed! Seaside Villa is a great location on the beach and we could see the ocean from the balcony! We enjoyed watching the wildlife (birds, squirrels, and rabbits) and walking on the beach! The food in the area was great and there were activities to keep us entertained during our stay. Our villa was clean and had some updated furniture which was a bonus. The grounds are kept neat and clean. Vacation Time of Hilton Head staff was pleasant and very helpful! We already booked for next year!!

Seaside Villas

This was our first time at Hilton Head Island. We chose Sea Side Villas II for lodging and we were very much impressed. Check-in was a snap and our condo was neat, clean and ready to receive us. It was well stocked and very clean. We liked it so much we'll likely lease this one again. Thank you!

The condo was clean but showed its age. The ceiling above the shower was crumbling and the shower itself came out in stingy sprays of water. It is a very small place. It was fine for 2 but that's it. The kitchen has mini appliances which was ok for us as we really didn't want to cook but that could be a problem. We were happy to have something so close to the beach last minute but might not come back to this same unit.

Amazed at how efficient the space was. So much in a tiny space! Reviews mention AC not strong enough - brought along a tower fan & placed in hall worked perfect.

Pretty good. Would stay again.

Pretty well cleaned. Sliding door was hard to open and close. No ladder or step stool for top bunk, little hard to get a 7 year old up and down. Stove could have been a little cleaner. Overall it was good. Had a nice stay.
