We really enjoyed our time at Seaside Villas. The accommodations were fine. The proximity to the beach was excellent. Having the chairs, umbrella and bikes to use enhanced the experience as well. Hoping to come again next year.

Outdated tiles, grout missing in bathroom grout dirty everywhere else very small bedroom barely walk on one side could’ve left a couple of pods of coffee listed as awesome far from awesome great location very old building 145 cleaning fee and we had a cleanup at 250a night. I’d rather be in a hotel.

This property was a great value. It has an ocean view and easy access to a great beach. The bikes, chairs, and umbrella provided were an awesome perk to this property. I would definitely come back. It's older but offers a ton. Hosts were great with communication.

A little difficult to find. Needed to put the name of the condo on the VRBO. And the gate code was not on there. I had to get out of car and walk around and luckily a gentleman told me what the gate code was so we could get in

Hi Cindy, I sent you a welcome letter on August 4th explaining you would recieve more information closer to your arrival date and to reach out if you don't receive it. (sometimes it goes to spam). I also request that you print out the instructions and directions in case your internet isn't working and to not wait until you arrive at the gate! I then sent you all the information as well as a map on Sept 3rd and heard nothing from, very detailed directions as well as the name of the complex to you. I also never heard anything from you when you say you didn't have the gate code. Not sure why you waited until you were here to realize you didn't have it? Thank you for staying.

Exceptional place to stay! Very clean and comfortable, great location, nice view and steps to the beach. Condo is nicely stocked and two sets of towels per person were provided which was greatly appreciated. The bikes are in great condition and we used them every day. We will be back!
