We are very sorry to hear that you feel that way. The $250.00 refundable security deposit is disclosed in the rental agreement you should have ready before booking, and it was also in several messages that we sent you. We encourage all guests to fully read any agreements and messages sent before travelling with us. Thank you.

Fantastic property, but listing details costed us

This was a fantastic property, and our stay itself was great. The responsiveness of the property owner was also excellent throughout the trip planning process. Unfortunately, though, we were incorrectly told (through the listing and direct messaging) that our booking was a 2 bedroom/1 bath setup, which led us to book an additional rental (which doubled the price of our lodging). When we arrived, this rental turned out to be a 2 bed/2 bath...which would have been absolutely fine for our entire party's needs. We were told by the front desk that all the 2 bedroom properties in the building have 2 bathrooms, so I don't understand why there would be any confusion. It was disheartening to have paid so much extra money when it wasn't necessary to do so.

We are happy to hear that you had a great stay, and enjoyed the wonderful accommodations and amenities that the resort has to offer! We apologize for any confusion. The information that we have been given, and is on the resorts website, for a 2-Bedroom Unit states that there is only one bathroom in the 2-Bedroom Units.
