Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5
*********$500 Refundable Security Deposit is required at check in*********

Great location!

This was my annual sisters week in Miami Beach. It was a perfect location. Had plenty of room for 5 of us. We had a wonderful time! ❤️

Nice apartment and location. No complaints here!

Read some awful reviews before we stayed at seascost suites but our experience was fantastic. Friendly staff, check in and out procedure very easy. Apartment was clean on arrival and very spacious with added nice views of the beach. We will hopefully stay with you again in the future!

Great location for a 3 star accommodation

Great location, great beach. Staff is responsive to issues. The beds are small and the furnishings are limited. Kitchen is sparsely stocked so only plan on light cooking. Excellent restaurants free trolley ride away. Parking is $30 per day and plan on another $20 per day for an umbrella. Great spot for a small family.

Disappointed

One positive: The beach was wonderful as was the location.The rest was problematic: The room was not clean, and we saw a cockroach. there were three forks for five of us, and minimal plates/bowls etc. No extra blankets, towels or washcloths. The elevators took forever. This is the worst VRBO I have ever stayed in.

Nice place but too many odd rules

The place was nice and affordable. However, it came with a lot of odd, unnecessary rules. We could only have 2 room keys for 4 people, and we weren’t supposed to have our luggage on the main elevator. The beach chair attendants were late every morning and they tried to tell us we could only have 2 chairs for our party of 4. We would have appreciated an 11 am checkout instead of 10. We probably won’t stay here again.

The suite itself was a good size. View of beach and bay was nice. Very tiny "sectional" in living room. Had no supplies like a typical rental would. Beach access was great. Restaurant was only open Thursday til Sunday and closed at 2pm. Food and drinks overpriced compared to the nearby, updated hotels. Alot of the people that worked the outside areas were not friendly (bar and beach)

Adequate but not as advertised.

Totally adequate place to stay and gets the job done, but not as advertised or pictured. Be prepared to be a little disappointed with the quality of rooms and general cleanliness. The apartments are quite dated and we did see a cockroach or two. Pretty good location on the boardwalk and beach but the other amenities were not as advertised or unavailable during the season. The staff was helpful to the extent that they could help with things. Overall, got the job done but would definitely recommend considering other places first. When we return to Miami, we will stay elsewhere.

Nice, but needs a little work

We stayed for a week. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The accomodations were somewhat dated, but doable. Overall it was fine. The last night we were there, it was very noisy from young adults in the suite above us. We didn't realize the rooms didn't hold noise until they were there. It would've been a different experience if the kids would have been above us all week. :)

Believe the roach reviews

Multiple roaches in the kitchen each night. Amenities (pool and beach access) were fine but this place is trying to act like it’s a hotel without giving hotel comforts like hand soap, extra toilet paper, towels, no extra pillows even when requested and no extra blankets. Beds were not very comfortable, especially since we didn’t have any extra pillows to help. Feels like secondhand furniture being used that needs updated pretty badly, and some of the kitchen appliances didn’t work (toaster handle popped right off when pressed lightly). Balcony was very nice though and staff was very friendly. Easy check in and out process, but they made us use the staff elevator for any luggage. Unclear where to leave garbage bags.location was nice and quiet but I don’t think we would stay here again.

Disappointed

There was No wash cloths, dishwasher Didn’t work! When we called to desk to ask for more towels in a few days for the next day, had to call desk or housekeeping No answer!! Very disappointed for being first in Miami!! And I did take pictures of the things that weren’t to our satisfaction!

Overall good

Rooms had alot of space! Everything was cleaned when arriving. Pool area was very nice. Overall the property was great. Only complaint was we paid security deposit in cash. When checking out they sent someone to the room for it to be cleared. It took about 30 minutes for someone to call the front desk back for us to get our deposit. It would be nice to let guest know it could take a few, that way people can plan thier leaving time.

When we arrived, they put us up on a similar property that was only a one bedroom with a half den that was converted to a "bedroom" with no door and no closet. We brought this to their attention and they "had no other availabilities" that night and would switch us the following night. We did get switched to the pictured room (but not until after 4pm). We were there when the weather was cold and there was no heat and we asked for blankets and the "had none". There was basically nothing to cook with in the kitchen as far as pots & pans and very little of anything else.

Clean but lacking basics

The condo is very clean and in a quiet area of Miami Beach. I was surprised to find that aside from a single dishwasher tablet and toilet paper there were no basics that you’d usually find in a property like this. There were no coffee filters, paper towels, dish soap or even dish cloths. We had to go buy these things. There were also no trash bags so when the trash can was filled up I had to get some from the front desk plus having to ask where to dispose of trash. These are all basics and weren’t included at all. Add to That the toaster didn’t work-I had to push the slices down at least 10 times. The listing said partial Ocean view but the only view we had was the parking lot. Lastly there is no way this place sleeps six unless everyone is tiny. There are 3 double beds and no sleeper sofa.

Would not recommend for family

I wanted to like this place I did. The location to the beach was great the pool was not it was dirty the lady security guard kept takeing pictures of my family with her personal phone which was extremely uncomfortable. The walls were so thin. The apartment has got cockroaches I seen a few. The kitchen is not very stocked at all. The refrigerator kept makeing loud noises all throughout our stay. The people in the apartment next to us had a leak and we could not use the hot water for about 2 days in one bathroom and they started banging on the walls to fix it about 7:45-8:00am there was only one chair on the balcony. The view was okay. Could see the bay and the ocean which was nice. There was chunks missing out of the tile floor. Under the carpet in one of the bedrooms there were huge chunks of I’m guessing concrete of tile which hurt to step on. The one bed was very uncomfortable. It was me and my husband that slept on it and it was not flat we kept rolling into each other when we layed down as if it was broken. The pool also closes at 5:30 which it says sundown but it was definitely not sundown.

Clean, good location but bad couch, not utensils

I loved how spacious the apartment was, how clean it was and the fact that the views were realistic. The worst part was that it didn’t have enough utensils for 6 people, not even 4 glasses matching, few forks, barely enough knives and not meet knives. There weren’t placemats o tablecloth. Small insufficient coffee cups. The table was very small, only 4 chairs. We needed to get stools from the balcony and kitchen to sit. When one rents an apartment expects something different from an hotel. Due to dietary restrictions we need to cook and eat meals in the apartment and it was a struggle. Kitchen utensils no good ! Is listed for 6 people. You can barely get utensils for 3. The couch in the living room was a joke: it hurt to sit, old, super uncomfortable. We got unit 8D. Bathrooms don’t have a place to put soap near the shower. Bedrooms are ok. One didn’t have a dresser, small closet. Had to use the closet in the living room. One bedroom had a Tv, rhe other didn’t. There was a tv in the living room.

- Le divan est minuscule. Surtout pour deux grands hommes de 6’3’´. - le lit de la chambre 1 lit est vraiment mou - l’emplacement est parfait - les heures d’ouverture du gym trop contraignantes -manque de meubles, ambiance froide -fauteuils confortables pour l’extérieur ou table pour manger seraient agréables -tout est payable à la pièce, c’est agaçant - le personnel ne nous fait pas sentir bienvenue - on nous enlève nos chaises et nos parasols ( que nous devons payer!) à 17h00 même s’il fait très chaud et que le soleil brûle encore -même chose pour la piscine, on nous ferme les parasols dès un petit coup de vent sans nous aviser pourquoi. -ferme les parasols à 17:00 à la piscine aussi -on ne peut utiliser les abris lits près de la piscine à moins de consommer plus de 350$!! Ils sont tous vides!!! Pourquoi ne pas charger un petit tarif et rendre l’expérience de leurs clients agréable?!! Bref, l’endroit est parfait, la plage est belle mais on ne se sent pas les bienvenus. Très dommage Très belles vacances malgré tout

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Lage war super, vor der Tür war direkt eine Bushaltestelle, der Pool, war klein aber ausreichend, der Strand war sehr schön und sauber. Das Fitnessstudio ist veraltet, viele Geräte funktionieren nicht mehr. Das Parken hat pro Nacht 30$ gekostet, dies ging aus der Beschreibung leider auch nicht hervor. Aber dennoch hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir können es guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen

Location war perfekt (fast)!!

Positiv: Check In und Out war sehr einfach und schnell. WLAN überall sehr gut, Lobby und Zimmer waren perfekt. TV gute Programme kein "pay per view" Verkehrsanbindung über Bushaltestellen direkt vor dem Gebäude und Radleihstation (Citibike) sehr gut. Zimmer sind sauber und OK in Schuss. Balkon, Aussicht (bei uns Mimai Downtown) herrlich und morgens und abends immer wunderschön. Betten bequem und die Zimmer gut klimatisiert. Keine Geräusche der Nachbarn zu hören Ausstattung der Küche zu 2 OK. Öffentlicher Parkplatz 500 Meter entfernt. Der ist von 18 Uhr bis 8 Uhr kostenlos ! Also haben wir unsere diversen Mietwagen dort geparkt. Negativ: Kein Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ca. 2-3 km entfernt. Parken am Hotel sehr teuer 30$ pro Tag. (siehe oben) Küchenausstattung gerade noch ausreichend.(2 Personen) Es muss ein Armband getragen werden wie im All Inklusive Urlaub! Pool eher alt und nicht sehr einladend. Straße nachts zum Teil schon laut. Gebäck Verwahrung nach Check Out zu 5$ pro Koffer möglich und nur in Cash zu bezahlen. Wir müssten extra abheben( im Haus ist ein ATM / Geldautomat 4$ Gebühren pro Abhebung) Fazit: Alles in allem 4,5 Sterne. Klare Empfehlung. Für uns war es die fast perfekte Urlaubsunterkunft.
