Nice place to stay, we enjoyed the weekend visiting local area attractions. The host is quick to reapond, place was clean. Sofa couch a bit uncomfortable but not bad. We would stay here again.

Cute, clean place. Within walking distance to bars and restaurants. Host was very welcoming with clear instructions for the pool, check in, check out, and gave recommendations on places to visit. Quick to respond with the questions we did have. Comfortable for 4 adults. Would definitely visit again!

It was a very nice house, clean, had all the tools in the kitchen to be able to cook which I appreciated. The pool was really fantastic and we really enjoyed swimming in it. This is a triplex house so you do share the pool with the other 2 units but was easy to find time to yourself. We arrived to there being no power, not the fault of the host and she was very responsive when we messaged. It came on later in our stay but we still did not have wifi the whole visit. The host did offer to have me troubleshoot with the cable company to fix it but I just was not interested in taking from my vacation time to fix the wifi. The beds weren't the most comfortable but that wasn't the end of the world to us, the unit was very clean though. I would recommend still because the wifi and power were flukes for our stay.

This location is quiet and a safe neighborhood across from a nice rec center with a splash pad. Within walking distance to the beach on the same street. Close to gas stations, food and stores within 5 minutes for what we needed. Close to cruise terminals just within a few miles. Close to Kennedy Space Center, under 30 minutes. The unit #1 is nice, on the bottom floor with no steps other than one small one to get in and out the side and front door. We loved the slide door going to the pool area. We loved the decor and the bathroom door to and from the pool and patio area so you didn't have to come through the apartment dripping water. Clean with no issues there and spacious enough for 4 people. 5 if only one person plans to sleep on the couch futon. Access to an on top of ground pool and sitting area under the palm trees that is a nice area, lots of seating options and BBQ grill. We had the pool to ourselves our entire stay and the water was warm and nice. We very much enjoyed it and that it stays locked when not in use. We visited the Sands Space History Center which offers free admission and a fun scavenger hunt and the kids get a prize. And the Manatee Sanctuary Park near the port before our Disney Cruise. We love walking around the Ron Jon Surf Shop in Cocoa Beach. We stayed three nights. We found the beds comfy and A on having remote control ceiling fan and light options. The property owner is quick with her responses and nice replies. We would stay again.

Great stay!

This was our second time staying in one of Genna’s units. This time was just as great as the first. I love the location and the units are beautiful and have everything you need. I highly recommend these units and will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful home

This home had everything you need. Very nice decor. Loved the pool. Perfect location near the port terminal. Host was very responsive to questions and gave perfect information needed for our stay. Highly recommend.

Fun in the sun

From the booking to the checkout, this was a wonderful property! I was able to meet Genna, so nice! The property was very well maintained. We had just gotten off of a cruise so the washer/dryer was a blessing! The pool and also being a few blocks from the beach made this a great location! Genna also gives you some restaurant ideas around, of which we tried two, and both great! Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay! We would absolutely stay here again :).
