This area is completely separated from the rest of the house and offers amenities as nice as the main level of the house. This area looks out to the patio down to the ocean. It features a king bed, a small library, a television with DVD, a walk in cedar closet, a table with 4 chairs, a day bed and trundle (twin size) and a small refrigerator, microwave plus a bar sink and a 2nd TV

Beach toys, boogie boards, 4 surfboards, 2 stand up paddle boards, beach chairs and beach towels are provided for your convenience.
