Simple beach getaway

Felt like old Florida beach getaway. Convenient access to private beach and amazing pool area. Simple accommodations, but that’s all you need! The mattresses need to be refreshed and there was some unexpected construction during the week which detracted from our experience slightly. Overall would stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is wonderful. The condo owner is on the cheap and needs to do some updating. Needs new washer and dryer, TV, there is no BluRay player (who has DVDs), WiFi/cable issues, no access to Roku Netflix or any other streaming service issues, the master Bed is worn out. It has a hump in the middle and slopes out to each side, cabinet door issue and sliding door handle issue. The stay was great so don’t get me wrong. None of these items are massively expensive. Time to update though I doubt it will happen.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious condo. Nice view. Had a wonderful time. Christy was always available. We were disappointed that the pool wasn’t open because of repairs. I believe it’s open now. The Beach was spectacular. Great weather every day. Everyone we met was very nice. Coming back next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed at the beach place for 1 month and the overall experience is above and beyond . It is the property management staff that made it possible to have such a positive outcome . The location is super and the access to the beach is beyond my belief . So much privacy on the beach that you don’t feel being intruded by other people’s talkings or the kids noise . The parking space is so generous and easy for any size car . Most neighbors are very much to themselves and showing respects to each other . This is a great place to return to next year .

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The shower in the master bedroom was unusable because it leaked down below.The decor is shabby, the carpet needs replacing.
