Average commute time to Midtown, Manhattan is 30 min in train. We are located near Methodist, Maimonides, SUNY Downstate, and NYU Langone - Brooklyn hospitals. The property is fully equipped to start living in it from day one, with amenities such as Laundry and Dishwasher, which are rare in NYC. There are a myriad of restaurant/bars/coffee shop options downstairs. The supermarket is 5 min away on foot. Utilities will be included. We have staff available should you require assistance during your stay.
