Wonderful Stay

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our villa was in a perfect location especially for us as our daughter who was about to be wed lived so close. It's also close to downtown Sarasota and the beautiful beaches. Kayta is an awesome host who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed which was much appreciated. We highly recommend this VRBO!

Katya was our host during a two month stay at Jefferson Pines. She was there in person to welcome us and give us all the resources we needed to enjoy the area fully. Even during our stay, Katya would let us know of interesting and economical events happening locally , and if we needed anything she took care of it immediately! She was a fabulous host .The condo community was also so welcoming, it was easy to make new friends, which is why I already reserved this unit again for next year. The pool is the best part. The warmest around. I was swimming from the beginning of February on. I highly recommend booking with Katya at this beautiful condominium in a super convenient location in Sarasota !

You are among my top favorite guests I’ve ever had. I loved hosting you., your husband and your pooch! You are fun and considerate, thoughtful & flexible and the only person I’ve ever met that booked two years in advance! I’m so glad that I will see you again in a year’s time.. but I will miss you!

Jefferson Pines

This unit was wonderful for our 2 month stay. It was spotless, and provided all the amenities needed for a long term rental. Katya was so helpful in making sure our stay was comfortable & provided us great recommendations for events & restaurants in Sarasota. Jefferson Pines is a lovely, peaceful community. The pool is kept pleasantly warm in winter months & is well maintained. We enjoyed our time in Sarasota.

I want to say thank you to both of you. You were a pleasure to host right from the beginning when we began our email correspondence. Every time we met -you were a delight. I would love to host you again, but I realize that two months was a long time for you away from your family! If you have anybody really nice like you lol please send them to me even if it’s for a shorter timeframe. I’ll see if I can make it work. At the moment we have December and January available for 2026. But the off-season, (besides being a lot cheaper😜), is also easier with traffic and restaurants, etc. Stay well!

Convenient Location

Very pleasant condo with lots of natural light. Not fancy but clean and comfortable with updated furnishings. Approximately 1,000 sq ft. Older safe neighborhood, close to everything. 5-10 minute bike ride to downtown and Legacy Trail. 10-15 minute drive to St Armand's Circle & Lido Key Beach. The beach chairs in unit were a real plus. The property manager was very informative and accommodating which made our stay very enjoyable. She provided some basic start up food items when we checked in so we didn't have to race to the grocery store. This was our first time as a snowbird (Jan-Feb) and we had a great time!

Well, it’s happened again. Many of my guests have had such a good time in my villa that they have gone on to purchase just like you did this year! Maybe I should stop being such a good host because I would like to get some more repeat business lol.

Excellent experience

My stay was a month long. The property is in a quiet complex near downtown Sarasota. It was convenient to the beaches, shopping, events, etc. The property host, Katya, was just terrific. She communicated thoroughly and often. She made my visit very easy and pleasant, including having a few groceries on hand for when I first arrived. She offered suggestions for restaurants and nearby events. The property itself was very comfortable and as described in the listing. It has everything you need. I did laundry often and it was great to have good appliances for that. I would rent there again, in part, because of how well the rental was communicated and handled. Katya was great and so very helpful throughout!
