NEWLY ADDED, NEWLY REMODELED! At Big Fish Rentals...

Located in Atlantica II Resort on the TOP FLOOR(PH), this 2 Bedroom Condo has AMAZING views of the ocean from the balcony, kitchen, dining room, living room, and main bedroom! This condo can sleep up to 8 people!

Bring your friends or extended family on this vacation with you! This condo has two bedrooms and two full baths. The kitchen is updated with full-sized appliances, including a dishwasher, and is furnished with cookware and dishes. There is a washer/dryer for your clothes in this beautiful condo as well! Everything you need to make this vacation more convenient and restful.

This resort has an oceanfront pool deck landscape with palm trees. The swimming pool is extra large and lined with plenty of lounge chairs. There is also a lazy river that wraps around an island with palm trees and a neighboring kiddie pool. Inside there is a pool and a hot tub to enjoy the view of the ocean during the colder months or to enjoy the shade.

Customer service

The place was nice. However the management company must learn about customer service. Twice I requested an 11:00 check out time. I was told it depended on the cleaning staff and would cost an additional $50.00. Fine. I never heard back from them. Why would an employee dictate to his employer. Who works for who?? Very bad customer service!!

worst stay we’ve had with vrbo

We have been renting with vrbo for years! Multiple trips a year and never had a bad experience until now. To start we got there late and the front desk was closed, the check in instructions were terrible, we tried calling the management company with no answer. We walked around for an hour between the buildings trying to find where we were staying. When we finally found out where we were staying, we went in to find a room that looked nothing like the room we reserved (nothing like the pictures) holes in the walls, no blinds or curtains (no sleeping in) the sheets and blankets were gross. The title says remodeled and shows pictures of a place in which we definitely didn’t stay. To say we are disappointed is an understatement.

Checked in to find the temperature inside the condo was 80 degrees. Immediately let the property manager know. They didn't get an AC guy out there until the following day. I was told the AC needed to be replaced. They brought by box fans later that night after several requests. The unit was so hot that the front door had to be propped open and the balcony door open in order the get a breeze through the condo. The guest staying in the interior room had to sleep on the pullout couch because it was so hot. I called the property management number shortly after checking out to request someone call me to discuss my stay/a partial refund. I was told someone would call me but they never did. I called back a few days later, and they apologized and said someone would call me. Two weeks later and nothing. I laughed when I got an email today asking if I'd leave a 5 star review. I understand things happen (like the AC going out), but the property manager's communication (or lack of) needs some serious improvement.

Don't stay here!!

Nice view, but the property is not as described. It is dated and the AC unit did not work during our entire stay with 95+ degree weather. The bathtub in the main bedroom drained slowly. The coffee cups were dirty. The coffee maker reservoir was dirty as the water was left in it (don't know how long). The sink smelled bad from the trash compactor not being cleaned. My guest and I spent most of our time in the lounge area because it was too hot to go back to the room after being outside every day of our stay.
