If you'd like a close-up view of the lake our marked nature trail is available for your enjoyment. Our cozy home is flooded with natural light and boasts beautiful sunset views. It can sleep up to 12 guests with 7 luxury beds, a fully stocked kitchen, two spacious living rooms, and an 1800 square foot double-decker patio with ample furnishings & amenities including a third deck with seating. This home is owned & designed by our in-house interior designer and no detail is spared!

Welcome to Eagle's Bluff! When you first enter our home, you'll be greeted by our cozy, open concept living, dining, and kitchen area.



Directly to the right, you'll see our kitchen, which is fully stocked with all the cooking amenities you could ever need, including a Keurig, high-end appliances, and plenty of built-in storage. Between the kitchen and living room is a large, granite-top island with four barstools.



In the living room, you'll find a modern, overstuffed chaise sectional, 75-inch TCL Roku TV with Vizio sound bar and a charming hanging wooden chair. This is the ideal place to crack open a book or settle in for a movie with the crew. Framed by a wall of windows, you'll find an eight-top dining table with views out to the lake & our furnished back patio.



This is entire space is flooded with natural light and boasts gorgeous views of Beaver Lake from every angle.



Downstairs you'll find our second living space! Just as cozy as the first, this room has a leather couch, two lounge chairs, a four-top dining/game table, a 65-inch Vizio Smart TV with Vizio sound bar. You'll find all types of board games and playing cards here with a round game table for family fun. Here, you'll also have access to a fully stocked kitchenette and bar area with a Keurig, wine fridge, microwave oven, sink, and all the bar essentials.



After a long day in the Ozarks, settle into one of our seven luxury beds.

(1) Our Primary bedroom is complete with a luxury memory foam King-size bed, dresser, closet, and en suite bath. Wake up to sweeping 180-degree views of Beaver Lake out the many windows, or close our black out blinds to sleep in.

(2) Our second bedroom has a luxury memory foam King-size bed, closet, vanity table, window seat, and nearby bath.

(3-6) Our third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds, with a Queen-over-Queen bunk on the left and an XL Twin-over-XL Twin bunk on the right. This room also includes a dresser, fun mural ceiling painting, closet, and nearby bath. With luxury mattresses and individual lights for each bunk, this room is a great option for adults & kids alike.

(7) Our fourth bedroom has a luxury memory foam King-size bed, dresser, closet, sitting area with couch and coffee table, and door leading to the back patio and nearby bath.



Access to our expansive back deck spaces can be found via the upstairs or downstairs living rooms, the upstairs primary bedroom, or through the downstairs primary bedroom. The upper deck space offers sweeping views of Beaver Lake and the Ozarks, and also has a BBQ grill, an upholstered outdoor sofa and chairs, two Adirondack chairs, and a six-top dining table. On the lower level of our deck, enjoy two hanging egg chairs, a hanging porch swing, and four Adirondack chairs around a coffee table. To the right of the patio, you'll see a third, smaller deck space with seating overlooking the gorgeous Beaver Lake!



The nearest beach is at War Eagle Marina, which is just 0.8 miles down the road! There is also a marked nature trail by the neighboring blue house that leads closer to the water. Please be aware that the trail can be steep in some spots. At the beginning of the trail, you'll find picnic tables and there are benches along the trail as well!

Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.



The Neighborhood:

★ Once at the property, access to the closest boat ramp is War Eagle Marina (0.8 mi), access to the nearest gas station and grocery store is Hometown Country Store (5.5 mi) and access to the nearest liquor store is Fiesta Liquors (9.5 mi).

★ Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host’s control which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy. Guests are solely responsible for preparing for their stays accordingly by checking water levels ahead of their stays.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
