Condo needs some work (bedroom and bathroom doors wouldn’t close, dishwasher rusted in numerous places, master shower handle wouldn’t turn fully or allow enough hot water). Checkout is 9am-quite early. But being unable to use amenities on the last day was the most disappointing (had to leave access passes in the condo upon 9am checkout-so no pool/beach access on last day) Communication with host was slow and AI generated. Pedestrian walkway to beach and tram service was nice! This is very bare bones rental. Knowing that in advance is important.

I love Edgewater, this is my second time and plan to be back. This specific unit is an older property. Did not enjoy the carpet and worn out overall look. I do enjoy the great, convenient and chill environment that Edgewater offers.
