This house is a hidden gem. Good loation, layout, large rooms and a nice poolside patio. The house was clean and communication was good with the owner. Would definately stay again.

The home was beautiful and spotless! The teens enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The whole vibe was so nostalgic. The house was decorated in a mid-90's style, complete with boom boxes and World Book Encyclopedias. Thank you!

If I could give it more stars, I would. Absolutely incredible home in the most perfect location. Super clean, excellent space and amazing privacy. My family had the best time! So did our dog!!!! We come to Grass Valley every year and have stayed at different homes each time. Needless to say, I think we found the one that will be deemed "THE" home for all future stays. Thak you thank you!!

Wonderful Family Getaway

We weren't in Kansas anymore!

Lovely home, with beautiful deck including a swimming pool, hot tub, and plenty of deck furniture. Beautiful flowers and plants surrounded everything. The inside was wonderfully decorated, so spacious, and livable. We visited our 10 year old California granddaughter, and her Kansas siblings and a cousin, ages 13, 13, and 16, joined us. They loved it, too! Thank you, Helga, for sharing your beautiful home!

Family trip

We enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and comfortable. Very well stocked with everything you could need. The backyard/deck area was so enjoyable to sit and enjoy the sun and pool. Helga was very quick to respond if we had a question. Definitely recommend this property if you’re staying in Grass Valley!

Below the snow and still part of the best of Nevada County in a great neighborhood. House was wonderful with many warm personal touches. We will definitely be back.

This is a family home which has recently been updated. I live in Reno, NV, but have family in the area that oversee and manage the home. Any concerns or needs can be immediately taken care of.

This home was built by a family member who lived there until her death. It holds very special memories and will stay in the family forever. We love attending the Victorian and Cornish Christmas fairs, as well as the Draft Horse Classic. Live theater is active throughout the year. We love this area.

Golfers! This home is conveniently located within walking distance to the Alta Sierra Country Club - across from the 11th fairway. Wildlife is abundant and can be viewed from the back deck as well as the picture windows from the home. Daily. The swimming pool is a welcome amenity and is fully maintained throughout the year - although cold in the winter.
