Nostalgia meets novelty at The Beverly, a retro-inspired gem of a beach house just one block from the beach in Miramar Beach. Fully equipped and featuring a private swimming pool, plenty of parking, and sleeping space for 13, you can bring your whole family and even their friends! You don’t even have to leave your pup at home, we’re pet-friendly!

The Beverly is located on Hollywood Street, just a 2-minute walk from the powdery sands of Frangista Beach, and this vacation rental was modeled after the iconic Beverly Hills Hotel in LA. Palm fronds, sea birds, rose-pink hues, black-and-white stripes, gold hardware, and other 1920s Hollywood details create the ultimate retro-glam getaway.

Stroll up and down Scenic Gulf Dr and find some of the areas finest restaurants and bars, including the Whale's Tail and Pompano Joe's. This location is close to grocery stores and bargain shopping at one of the nation's largest discount designer centers, famously known as the Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Afterward a long day, cool off with cocktails in your own private pool, or wait for the sun to go down and enjoy a perfect night swim under the stars.

Upon entering the home, you will find a game room, with a wet bar, along with four bedrooms and two full baths. On the second level, you have two master bedrooms with full en-suite baths. The modern and fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living areas are all on the top floor. Just outside you’ll find a wraparound porch, seating to chat with pool-goers, and a grilling area.

POOL DIMENSIONS: 10'x20' and 5' deep

POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for Pool Heat. If you prefer to have an unheated pool, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period. We will immediately refund you if conditions do not allow for this.

You will find everything you need in the property to make the most of your time on the Emerald Coast. We offer a starter kit of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities including: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body and Face Soap, Toilet Paper, Facial Tissues, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Pods, Laundry Detergent, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Dish Sponge, Bath Towels, and Bed linens.

Location was very good. The house had a bad smell upon arrival. I was disgusted by all the roach baits everywhere in the house and there were so many flies and bugs everywhere.

As part of our proactive pest prevention program, we utilize discreet roach bait stations in certain areas of the home. While we understand they aren't aesthetically pleasing, they're a preventative measure commonly used in our warm, coastal climate to help keep pests out of the home rather than allowing them in. Regarding the flies and bugs, this is unfortunately something that can occasionally occur in beach environments, particularly during the warmer months when doors are opened frequently. Had we been made aware during your stay, we would have gladly sent someone out immediately to inspect the home and address any concerns, including the odor you mentioned. We take every guest's feedback seriously, but we're also proud that this home has consistently earned outstanding reviews from many other guests who have commented on its cleanliness, condition, and overall experience. We remain committed to maintaining those high standards and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention so we can continue improving for future guests.

The property overall is nice, but could use a few updates, touchups. There are a variety of appliances/kitchen stuff. Most had lids, some didn’t, the can opener did not work as it was broken. The golf cart was extremely convenient to have but the alignment is quite off & there is no Bluetooth, it is just a speaker they had, but unfortunately the charger did not work so we couldn’t use it. There is a carpet downstairs under the foosball table that is an extreme trip hazard, especially if you have little kids or older adults with you. It is a little on the smaller side for a large group, but if you don’t plan to spend too much time in the house it’s perfect!

The house was clean. The furniture is dirty. The house needs maintenance. You could not even keep the toilet paper on the holder because they were all broke. The kitchen is not equipped enough to cook. The pans are in terrible shape. The dishes and glasses were nice. The beds were comfortable. The listing says 6 beach chairs. I took that as on the beach chairs that are rented. That was not the case. Out of the mess of chairs, wagon, bougie boards. We were able to use 1 chair. We rented chairs that were 70 for two chairs and one umbrella. If you have a lot of people which it says holds 13 you will have nowhere to hang out except for the pool. The living room, kitchen & dining are very small. The "Game Room" is a foosball table. I feel the price of this house is way over what it should be for what you get. I hate giving negative reviews. But I feel you should look at others before you confirm this rental.

Everything was great! Quick walk to the beach and having the pool was a nice bonus. The golf cart and bikes were also a great perk! Modern Beach does an amazing job of the property management. We would definitely stay again

Perfect stay

Short Beach Trip

I really enjoyed the 2 minute walk to the private beach access gate, the private pool, the golf cart was fun & extremely handy to use, the wraparound balcony was a comfy place to sit & watch the sunset while grilling! The layout was very nice with ample amount of space & bathrooms! Will definitely book again!

The Perfect Beach Bungalow

Would stay here again.

The house was very cute and large enough for a family of 12. The pool was great and we loved that it came equipped with a golf cart, bikes, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas. It was a very short walk to the beach and had several good restaurants within a 1 mile radius. I missed have an ocean view, but overall this place was great and I had great communication with the property manager. She even allowed us to check in early on day one which was so appreciated.

Spring Break 2024

We had 10 people in the house; 4 adults, 2 young adults and 4 teenagers. This house had just enough room. Kids loved the foosball table and adults enjoyed the front porch. Frangista beach is private so the crowds are a bit smaller.

Great time had by all. Beach is closer than we thought!! Golf cart was fun. 13 of us and everyone had a room. Loved hanging around the pool and the deck around the house. Loved the outdoor shower!! Lots of beach stuff available. We left a very nice umbrella!! And boogie boards! Hope people enjoy as much as we did!! The location is so close to everything. Several in our group walked every morning to Bad ass coffee! It was just a great time! I highly recommend!!

Great property

We had people ranging from 19 to 59 and everyone had a great time. The property was very cute and had all the amenities. Also property owners were very responsive. Although there is a golf carted provided, it is not needed to go to beach. But the golf cart was very nice for shopping and dinners out! Highly recommended.

Loved the Beverly!

The home was spotless and conveniently located near shopping, dining, etc. Even though beach is only a few minutes away, the golf cart was a game changer when bringing bunches of beach toys. We didn’t bring our fur baby this time but definitely will next time! She can romp and play in spacious turf yard while we lounge by pool or swim. Will definitely be back!

Perfect For Our Family

Our stay at this impeccable home was nothing short of extraordinary. The house was not only spotless but also conveniently located near shopping and dining, making our vacation even more enjoyable. We had the pleasure of bringing our pup Rocky with us which added a whole new level of joy to our getaway. The spacious turf yard was a perfect playground for him to romp and play while we lounged by the pool. The combination of Modern Beach's excellent management and the golf cart/proximity to the beach made all the difference. We're already looking forward to coming back for another fantastic experience!

A++ Looking forward to next time.

My family only had the opportunity to stay in this property for one night but I can tell you I look forward to coming back. Property is very clean, beds are comfortable and convenient to the beach. Property was great for our dog with the new turf area as pet friendly properties are tough to find at the beach. We didn't have the opportunity to use the golf cart or the bikes but look forward to having that opportunity to cruise when we come back. If you are on the fence about this property rent it you won't be disappointed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Beverly is a really cute home and very conveniently located. Only a 3 minute walk to the beach. The beach chairs were great to have and the golf cart made getting around so easy! The house is comfortable and nicely decorated. It could use a few more pots, pans and pot holders in the kitchen. W would definitely rent again.
