My previous booking for another rental had AC unit outage upon arrival, that caused our large group of 10 people to be displaced for one night luckily I found this listing for our second night in Austin during ACL weekend and it was perfect. No issues and within walking distance to a Whataburger to feed the hungry bunch late at night. Would definitely rent this property again.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was excellent with communication, extremely attentive and very responsive throughout our visit. The house was very comfortable for my family and me, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The beds were especially comfortable, which made a big difference for our stay. We really appreciated the welcoming and relaxing environment and would absolutely recommend this place to others.
