We had a great stay! We loved that it was walkable to a lot of amenities. It was clean and had desk space for each of us parents to work during the day. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I stayed at Adam’s unit with my parents. Exactly as advertised. Modern apartment with comfy beds, great showers, and updated kitchen. Exactly what we needed! We loved the Mrs. Pac-Man- fun old school extra touch Parking space is included which was really nice especially those days we Uber-ed around. Walkable to Whole Foods and coffee shops. The host was readily available for whatever questions we had. We had a lovely stay, Thank you Adam!!!

Nice Rental

This rental property worked out great for our visit to DC and Georgetown. A comfortable easily accessible unit that is apportioned with perhaps everything you need. Attention to details including different styles of coffee makers, umbrellas, makeup mirrors etc. A spacious flat provided with some pantry items including nicely appointed bathrooms and good washer dryer to stay fresh. The location works well with grocery stores, restaurants and a liquor store starting within a few minutes walking distance. Also one dedicated parking space if you decide to get a car. You just have to show up.

What makes this property unique

Over 1,000 sq ft of indoor living space, beautiful & fully-stocked kitchen, plus an additional 200 sq ft of deck space in a very quiet neighborhood. Even though it's in the center of DC, the house is solid and you don't hear the street! Sleep well.

The kitchen is equipped with dishes, cookware, glassware, dishtowels, cooking essentials, etc - all you will need to cook and serve a meal.

The bathrooms will have towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and hair dryers. Bedroom linens are also provided. We'd like to make your stay as easy as possible!

Baby/child amenities included: pack and play with sheets, high chair, and infant play mat (Please include a note in your booking if you require these.)

Full washer and dryer.
