We had an absolutely great time here. The view is gorgeous, and the support staff are very quick to respond. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay again. That said, there's always room for improvement, here are a few things that could have been better:- The recliner in the living room is broken, you can see the broken mechanism sticking out of the bottom under where the lever should be. It's still usable as a chair, and comfortable, but you cannot recline it. Also, at some point someone tried to move that recliner and left a large scratch in the floor.- The hot tub cover was damaged. The staff came and cut half the cover off and took the damaged half away. But with only half a cover on the tub the water evaporates very quickly, and will get below the jets within a few days. There's a hose right there to refill it, but not something a guest should be having to do.- There were a good number of stink bugs in the house. It's a cabins in the woods, so some number of insects is certainly expected, but this was a bit much.- We had to turn the circuit breaker for the water heater on when we arrived. That was not in any communications. We just happened to notice a post it note on the breaker box and looked inside to notice that it was, indeed, off. Luckily we noticed this before we actually needed any hot water. We may have been sorely out of luck if we had arrived needing to take a shower.
