Please have a family member who is over the age of 25 make the reservation. Any reservation made by someone under age 25 will lose their deposit. No exceptions.

Excellent house, short walk to the beach. Lots of room for big families. We spent most nights gathered on the front porch couches just catching up and enjoying each other's company. The kitchen had plenty of everything, and lots of pots and pans to cook with. The only thing we wish we had was Tupperware and plastic wrap for leftovers! Grabbed a few at the Acme, but definitely bring a bunch of you plan to cook. (Just a tip from our experience, not a criticism of the house!) Dan is an excellent host, and answered all of my questions. The neighbors are very kind too, they warned us about parking enforcement and told us when the trash pickup was.

The house is great, and is a bit bigger than in the photos. Everything was in good working order, very clean and in nice condition. The kitchens were well stocked with silverware, dishes, bowls, utensils, mugs, glasses, cookware and cutting boards. This is a beautiful property, with tastefully decorated rooms. We loved the 2 outdoor showers, and the 2 outdoor spigots. The front porches are great, with comfortable seating and the perfect spot to enjoy the breeze. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and close to both the beach and Sunset Lake, so swimming or fishing is easy and convenient. The gas stove is awesome, to DIE FOR!! The wife fell in love with it. This property is set up so completely that you only need to bring linen, food, clothes, toys and you.

Our whole family gathering really enjoyed this great home! The house is very spacious, the kitchen was well stocked, and the location was perfect to walk to the beach or Sunset lake. The backyard had 2 nice picnic tables where we had several family dinners together. It was a practical and comfort home for our vacation!

Great Place

Loved the location of the property. Its within walking distance to the beach and if you're truly brave enough, walking distance to the board walk. Otherwise, the location is also down the street from the Jitney Shuttle that takes you to the board walk. Overall, the place was great and definitely would go again.

There were plenty of kitchen items. some of the furniture needs cleaned or replaced. there were little things through out that were needing fixed. Bath tub in main bathroom didnt drain properly, seems that the place could use a good deep clean, around some of the showers the corners had dirt build up. The pictures seemed a bit deceiving once arrived. there was no landscaping done like in the picture and no real inviting in the back. We had room for everyone, didnt even use the upstairs area. appliances worked fine and plenty of glasses and dishes and pans to use.
