Panorami mozzafiato sull'oceano e lussureggianti montagne coperte di foresta pluviale circondano l'acqua cristallina e la spiaggia di sabbia bianca.
Stile isola decorata! Siamo situati dall'altra parte della strada rispetto al centro di cultura polinesiana - posizione perfetta. Appartato dalla strada, traffico e rumore, proprietà tranquilla sulla spiaggia. Puoi visitare il Centro, la BYU o la chiesa mormone. Una spiaggia privata di fronte ti aspetta (nessun accesso alla spiaggia pubblica)

**** FYI, attenzione ai luoghi a soli 3-5 miglia a sud di noi, (Hauula, Punalu'u) ci sono DUE aree cattive, non sicure, droghe e criminalità. Siamo in una zona sicura. I prezzi possono essere inferiori, ma l'area è completamente diversa da LAIE. Nessuna grande autostrada trafficata da attraversare per raggiungere la spiaggia di sabbia. Nessun crimine di proprietà. Laie è MOLTO PIACEVOLE. Accesso a negozi, negozi e soprattutto SAFE, soprattutto per i bambini ****

La casa ha un nuovo portico e un patio per godersi le splendide viste sull'oceano e sulle montagne. C'è una TV al plasma, connessione internet ad alta velocità e TV via cavo. I bagni sono stati rifatti e uno è stato progettato con travertino e una grande doccia in vetro.

Due camere da letto sono separate dall'ala principale dal soggiorno, dalla sala da pranzo e dalla cucina. Ottima posizione sul lato ventoso dell'isola. Sempre fresco con meravigliose brezze oceaniche. 2018 abbiamo aggiunto l'aria condizionata. Le aziende sono benvenute. La proprietà è completamente recintata e recintata. Great Paradise Get Away - RELAX & Enjoy: accesso alla spiaggia privata, nessun accesso alla spiaggia pubblica attraverso la proprietà!

Centro culturale polinesiano dall'altra parte della strada .. Il Kuilima Gold Course al Turtle Bay Resort si trova a dieci minuti in auto. Questa è l'unica struttura da golf a 36 buche delle Hawaii con un campo da 18 buche Arnold Palmer.

La casa è sulla spiaggia e a causa del "lavaggio" del lotto anteriore, ora c'è una baia privata, spiaggia sabbiosa. L'ingresso è in pochi passaggi privati. Proprio davanti, goditi la spiaggia. C'è surf di fama mondiale così come le spiagge del surf Sunset, Pipeline e Waimea nelle vicinanze.

Ci sono sentieri attraverso la montagna costiera. Tutti i servizi sono a pochi minuti da casa, inclusi generi alimentari, noleggio video, pizza, medicina, ecc.

La zona:
Laie ospita la chiesa mormana, l'Università BYU e il centro di cultura polinesiana. Shopping, alimentari, ristoranti e cinema. La nuova piazza del mercato di Hukilau, basta attraversare la strada.

La città è remota, ma ha tutti i comfort!

A differenza di altre case vacanza, siamo nella città di Laie! Situato lontano dall'autostrada Kamehameha principale, sarai protetto dai rumori del traffico. Quartiere sicuro con un tocco internazionale. Se prendi un autobus dall'aeroporto, non avrai bisogno di una macchina qui! C'è una fermata dell'autobus proprio di fronte. Uno dei migliori sistemi di autobus pubblici negli Stati Uniti. È ancora meglio noleggiare un'auto.

Vieni a visitare la nostra SPIAGGIA CASA, molto confortevole, pulito siamo di fronte alla spiaggia, non un resort a cinque stelle. Noleggiamo da 14 anni e abbiamo molti ospiti felici che tornano anno dopo anno, anche dall'Europa.

Amazing and Memorable
My husband and I, our 6 kids (ages 20, 18, 16, 13, 5 and infant) all stayed and we had the most wonderful time staying here. We loved the location, the beach right in the backyard, and at night sitting in the backyard, talking and listening to the waves. The beds were pretty comfy, the kitchen had what we needed to cook comfortably, we used the beach toys, beach mats, a small cooler and umbrellas to enjoy days at the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect in every way!
I cannot say enough about our incredible experience! It was perfect in every way. The house is adorable and the best equipped I've ever experienced. Victoria was no kind and helpful. We stayed over Easter, and she brought the kids a very thoughtful Easter basket of Hawaiian goodies. We walked to dinner a few nights. The location is amazing. The beach is so fun for the kids and so pretty. This is our second stay, and we will be coming back.

Fun Family Vacation…
We had a great stay! The beach right outside our back door was amazing! We loved playing PAC Man on the video game inside and loved dining outside on the patio as a family. Victoria was so kind and made sure to help the kids have a great time with a few special items at check out and throughout our stay!

When we arrived our host Victoria met us at the property and walked us through how to use everything. She was available for any questions and such a sweet friendly lady! She made sure to have things out for the kids. The home was lovely and clean. We had such a good time down at the beach and with our family! Would definitely stay at her home again!

The Perfect Spot
The view is spectacular; waking up every morning to a gorgeous sunrise right on the beach! This is a great location and less than 10 minutes from groceries, great options for eating out and not too far from Turtle Bay and the north shore. The owner pays attention to detail and was diligent in making sure we had every little thing we might want or need. They provide beach all necessities and toys for beach fun. The kitchen is state of the art and well stocked. There is a nice grassy play area with activities for kids. You step right off the yard to the beach where you can play or snorkel. This is a great family spot- would definitely recommend and will go back.

Wonderfully Appointed Home in Beautiful Location
Our family (a group of 10) had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home with a quiet, private beach. The property has everything that you need for fun at the beach and at home... snorkeling gear, boogie boards, beach towels, water shoes, sand toys and more - plus a variety of appliances, gorgeous kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. The host was welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Amazing Location, amazing beach access
We loved staying here; Victoria was so helpful and sweet with our kids. The beach access was absolutely amazing. We had the beach all to ourselves and it felt safe for the kids to play. The house was comfortable and very cute. We absolutely loved it here and can't wait to come back.

Beach house was perfect for our needs!
Host Victoria was extremely helpful and provided great communication before, during, and after our stay. The house is super cute and was just what we needed for our group of four adults and five kids. The beach is very kid-friendly, and the location is great for Laie/Kahuku attractions. It's very convenient for walking across the street to the PCC (though you may want to drive anyway, parking is free and crossing the highway can be a little scary on foot). When it was dark, we loved the big TV, fast WiFi, and arcade game machine. Beds were very comfortable and each bedroom had A/C that worked great. We look forward to staying here again!

Perfect Home Away from Home
Victoria has the most thoughtful home for rent and it’s fillled with everything a family would need. On top it she is very kind and generous. We loved 🥰 our stay! And what a gorgeous location with perfect beach for kiddos in the backyard.

Amazing home in Laie
Victoria's home in Laie was amazing and exactly what we were hoping for in our Hawaii dream vacation. The location is unbeatable---literally across the street from Polynesian cultural center, 2 min drive to grocery store, lots of food trucks in area, safe, private, short drive to North beaches, and still convenient to Honolulu. The home was just as advertised. It provides the local vibe that we were searching for. Victoria was an awesome host. She proactively communicated before our trip, met us at the home for a tour/details of the home, etc. She checked in on us often and ensured all was smooth. Victoria takes great pride in her home and ensuring a wonderful experience for her guests, including many nice touches. The home is stocked with everything you need including beach stuff. Essentially had our own private beach with breath taking sun rises. The home is perfect for outdoor living which is where we spent most of our time.

Great Location
Overall this was a good stay. I will say - great location and very private beach (great for kids as the rocks calmed the rough waves - common for winter in Hawaii on this side of the island). Many food + grocery stores nearby, just be aware of the earlier closing times on this side of the island. Victoria was very nice and responsive - she even gave us a little wedding gift which was so nice! If you’re looking for a quiet and secluded stay, however this may not be for you as Victoria made it a point to personally check in everyday of our stay and came into the beach house a couple times during our stay to fix and get things. This didn’t bother us too much but would have appreciated the communication styles before hand as she made her presence very known to us.

Amazing Home
I was born and raised on the island but been in the mainland for 25 years. Our Ohana makes it a point to do annual trips back home during Thanksgiving and this was the first time we decided to stay on the Windward side. Vicky was very accommodating and her home was beautiful. As a family this trip was one for the books and it had a lot to do with this beautiful La’ie home! Vicky had everything we needed and the location was perfect! We had our own private entry to the beach, the sunrises were beautiful! Centrally located to grocery stores, restaurants and even food trucks within a 2 mile radios from the home. All the amenities you would ever need for a quiet beach house. Thank you Vicky! After sharing pics of our stay in our temporary home on social media the positive comments, friends asking about the home and thinking of renting it on their next trip to Oahu was overwhelming.

Best beach access
The yellow house was great. We had 5 adults, 2 couples and a single person and this house worked great. It’s quiet and peaceful. The beach was beautiful and pretty much all to ourselves in November. It’s in a Mormon area, so no liquor stores or bars. The closest for alcohol is at Turtle Bay or buy it before you get to the area. The house was clean, worn but clean and cozy.

The house is right on the beach and excellent for kids to play in a safe part of beach (Bath Tub Beach). It’s in a great location close to what you need and the locals were very welcoming.

Fantastic Rental!
My family and friends rented this property and we absolutely loved our stay. We didn't want to leave! Victoria was easy to work with and made sure we were well taken care of during our entire stay. We live on island, and it still felt like a vacation! The property is beautiful and you will love the sun rises and secluded beach. We are already talking about how we can go back!

Great Views and Great Location
We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. The host, Victoria, was was extremely helpful and communicated with us more than anywhere else I have ever stayed. The view from the kitchen and living area was unbelievable! The location was near everything on the North Shore and Laie. Right across the street from the PCC and minutes from Hukilau beach. Also, the posting doesn't tell you, but she has EVERYTHING you ever need for enjoying the beach so don't pack beach towels, snorkel gear, etc. She has sand mats, beach toys, snorkel gear, water shoes, coolers, sun shades, etc galore! Wonderful experience all around.

What a wonderful property! Victoria has really invested in it to make every corner Instagram ready. She is a great host who answered all our questions and was always available. The home was perfect for our small group with plenty of toys for the kids and babies. We could just sit and look out into the ocean all day long, it’s right outside your door. The Polynesian Cultural Center is directly across the street and there are grocery stores nearby. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.

When I walked in I was blown away!
I have to say that you have no need to schedule anything else if you stay at this property! Just enjoy the no public access beach! Victoria is the best VRBO hostess in the history of VRBOs. You will never forget your stay.

Great spot for traveling with a family group including small children. Victoria had a great supply of things for the girls! Beach was perfect!

I walked into the home and saw the views! The house needed a lot of TLC and now it's outstanding. The location is very safe and the beach is one of a kind. The only lagoon on the island. I'm a survivor of a major stroke in 2009 and enjoying life. I love sharing my home with others and the aloha of Hawaii.

We are the only lagoon on the island, at least according to my surveyor. The beach is truly unique and like no other. We are PRIVATE as no one is allowed to cross our property to go to the beach, so we have mainly our guests at the beach.
It is like a true bathtub. Little ones are protected from the harsh waves as a lot of areas experience. You can snorkel, swim, kayak, boat, and explore the coral reefs at low tide. You'll love the UNIQUE, awesome, and breathtaking setting. It's a beautiful sandy. beach, see photos
