Fun Filled Lake House with access to water
Spacious 4 bed, 2 bath home with game room and access to the lake! The home sits on a half acre! Make some memories at this family-friendly place by Fishing off the dock, playing some Corn Hole, BBQ, or outside campfire! Want to be inside? Play pool on our pool table or play on the 2 arcade machines! The game room has a couch bed and also a trundle on the other bed! Have kids? They can enjoy the small kid bed in the master bedroom or the pack-and-play! Come play and make memories at our home!
I am available by phone or text anytime. Itâs a quiet neighborhood with private gate access. Uber is scarce in Granbury. Make sure you have a car so that you can carpool to great spots like the Square and Stumpy's!
â On check-out day. Please strip the bed sheets and pillow cases, but leave the pillow protectors on. Place bedding and towels in the laundry room for the cleaning person. đ§č
â If you are checking out, or staying at the home on a Tuesday, please place the green trash binđïž at the curb. Wednesday morning is trash day! Please put the green trash bins at the top of the driveway once it has been picked up.
đ„Follow any local burn ban rule
đ«NO furniture đȘis to be moved or taken from inside / out, or vice versa.
đ«Do not take the white interior towels outside. If towels are stained there will be an additional charge of đ” $5 per towel. Same goes for bedding, if any bedding/blankets are ruined you will receive an additional charge đ” of $20 per piece that has to be replaced.
â Use the colorful beach towels located in the basket đ§șby the back door for the outside kid pool.
â Double-check that you did not leave any personal belongings! âŒïž PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE BACKYARD! If damage occurs to sprinkler heads, you will be charged.
âIf check-out procedures are not followed and I receive an additional charge from the cleaning crew you will be held responsible for theđ” additional charges.đ” Late check-outs are not permitted if you do not leave by your scheduled check-out time of 11 am there will be a $40 late check-out fee charged.

We love the Indian Harbor community because its on the outskirts of town where its nice a peaceful! It's still close enough to town to enjoy a nice lunch date or evening drinks!
