14 mins from Seattle Premium Outlets, Tulalip Casino, & major restaurants. Also centrally located to local grocery stores including Costco (3mins) Safeway & Haggens (5 mins,) and 6 minutes from many fast food & quick shopping including TJ Max, Target & Ulta.

The space:
The primary suite provides the ultimate luxury experience with a gorgeous tub, tiled shower, & his or own sinks.

The loft between bedrooms offers an open area to lounge & relax with a brand new 65” mounted flatscreen & 3 seater sofa. The guest room offers plenty of light with a Queen sized bed. The kids room offers a space for young ones to enjoy their stay, with plenty of games & toys.

Living Area
All furniture in the home is brand new, including the large L sofa facing the 85” TV in the living room. Perfect for yourself, partner, and/or family & friends to watch a new movie or Netflix series!

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine, foamer, and an array of teas for your mornings! Equipped with a large island perfect for hosting. A gorgeous gas stove, built in oven & microwave, pantry & dishwasher complete the large, open kitchen.

Covered Patio.
The patio is fully equipped with a bbq/grill. Perfect place to have your morning coffee and enjoy the views, or enjoy a lunch/dinner with use of the bbq!

The laundry room is equipped with 2 large, new Samsung washer, steamer & dryer.

The driveway to the home is free for guest parking. Additional free parking available along mailbox driveway.
