We are excited to introduce you to our 4-bed, 3-bath vacation home, nestled in a safe and peaceful neighborhood.

Our property is conveniently located just 19 miles from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, making it easy to travel to and from the vacation home.

Our guests enjoy the use of a fully equipped kitchen, where you can prepare your meals, saving you both money and time during your stay. Also, our vacation home boasts of a flat-screen TV, Air conditioning, free WIFI, BBQ Grill (Refill the grill gas tank if needed and text the receipt to us for a full refund of the cost) and a Nintendo game for the kids or adults to enjoy.

Additionally, we offer free private driveway parking on the premises and a fee street parking with peace of mind because your vehicle safe and secure during your stay in our peace and safe neighborhood.

You will certainly appreciate our flexibility regarding small family gatherings and events. To accommodate these, we require a $200 refundable cleaning fee, which will be fully returned to you as long as the space is cleaned and the property is left in good condition.

Please ensure you share our house rules with all of your guests and maintain a high level of respect for our neighbors and the property throughout your stay.

It's also good to know that the neighborhood is quiet and safe, and that the pool is heated all year-round with a little fee between Nov-April. The play pool sounds perfect for kids, and please make sure to follow the city noise ordinance to avoid any unwanted issues.

To ensure that you make the most out of your vacation home, we would like to inform you that you have access to the entire house, except the cleaning, owners closet and garage.

All other areas, including the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms and outdoor patio/backyard are all available for your use and enjoyment. Additionally, you can use any amenities provided at our home, such as the game room or swimming pool.

We know how important it is to feel welcomed and at home when you're away from home, and we will try our best to make our house to be your home away from home.

Moreover, we would like to let you know that if you need a larger vehicle, we have a 7-seater GMC SUV available for rent to our guests. This would be a perfect option if you need to get around with a group of family and friends or if you need a larger vehicle to carry your luggage or equipment.

Events/Small gathering: We are flexible to accommodate small family gatherings and events. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we require a $200 pre-authorized cleaning fee.

This fee is fully refundable upon checkout, provided the property is left clean and undamaged. We appreciate you taking great care of the home and respecting our neighbors and their properties during your stay.

For faster heating in November through April, we offer an optional propane pool heater for $79 per day. If you choose this option, we will send an Airbnb request for the total heating cost, calculated for your entire reservation (e.g., a 2-day booking is $158).

For safety and liability, guests are responsible for operating the propane heater upon arrival, with detailed instructions provided via email and messaging before check-in. We appreciate your understanding and hope you have a wonderful swim!
