What an absolutely beautiful property! My family of 10 had a wonderful time at the property. The house was well appointed with towels (bath and pool) washcloths, blankets and frankly everything needed for a truly comfortable stay. We stayed at the property from Thursday through Sunday and wished we stayed longer. Our host, Monica, was so warm and helpful. She was super responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this property wholeheartedly to anyone visiting the Phoenix/Peoria area

This property was absolutely wonderful! We stayed here while in Peoria for a baseball tournament, and it exceeded our expectations. The home was beautiful, clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It was clear the host put a lot of care into making guests feel welcome. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and always available to answer questions or help if needed. The location was also perfect, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and other conveniences just minutes away.I highly recommend this property to anyone traveling with a larger group of 8–12 people. We’re already hoping to return next summer, and this will definitely be our first choice for accommodations. An excellent property and an outstanding host!

Wonderful Stay

This property was wonderful. It is the cleanest and most well-taken care of VRBO we have stayed at. The furniture was both comfortable and functional. The decor was beautiful and the landscaping was outstanding. The pool and putting green was fun! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house with a great backyard in a quiet neighborhood

We stayed here for a week while visiting for a baseball tournament in March. The house was spacious, incredibly clean and perfect for our large family. The backyard is a slice of heaven with a beautiful pool and bbq area, as well as several areas to sit and relax. The neighborhood is nice a quiet with lots of restaurants and stores near by. Highly recommended and somewhere we’d love to stay again.

From the owner: "Thank you for booking our home. Arizona is prevalent for scorpions. We do, however, hire the services of a pest control company to treat the home periodically to avoid this problem."
