Graduation celebration

We had a wonderful experience staying in this comfortable home during our family trip from California to Arizona to celebrate my son and nephew’s graduation from GCU. The house was ideal for our large family, and its proximity to restaurants and shops made our visit even more convenient.

Great house and location

We came in town for a football game and golf. the stadium is a 15 min walk. the casino is about a 30 min walk. the golf courses are a short drive. the house had plenty of rooms. we were 7 guys and all had our own sleeping area. i would stay here again.

Great house and location

This house is in a perfect location. 20 min walk to the stadium and a 20 min walk to the casino. Also a short trip to some top golf courses. we had 7 guys for a golf / football game trip and the house was plenty big enough. The outdoor space is great and the house would be good for families and kids. I would highly recommend it.

Overall, the stay was great! The house was beautiful and was plenty of room for our group of 12 (6 adults, 5 children, and an infant). Only marked down a star due to lack of general supplies. We were given 4 garbage bags and 6 rolls of TP that was just quite not enough. Additionally, while the kitchen has supplies, there were not enough silverware, plates, or cups for a house that holds that many people. We ended up purchasing paper dishes and plasticware for our group to supplement. 8/10, and if those things were remedied, it would be a 10/10!

Worn Out Amenities

The house was good, but several things were broken or overly worn, including the fridge ice dispenser, one of only two (for a house that sleeps 10!) pool lounges, the pool skimmer, the stairs carpet, and the couch cushions. There were not enough dishes for everyone to eat at the same time. Also there was lots of dust on shelves and floors. In addition, the house feels extremely dark and outdated, and it needs a decor update.

Cozy, spatious and ideal for the fam!

Absolutely loved the decor, the setup, and the vibe in the home. Everything was there that we needed which was great! The master, just yes! Made you not want to leave the bed! lol and there so many eats and local stuff around. I really appreciate how communicate the owner/manager was, we arrived a little earlier than we thought and he was so helpful when communicated with. Made my graduation trip easy. Only thing i would say would make this house better was if the pool was heated or if there was a jacuzzi lol but than that, they did the darn thing! Oh, and the upstairs bathroom was acting up or a little complex, we didn't know how to turn the water on lol... or it just wasn't coming-out unsure but either way that didn't break the trip, just a remix. Book here if you got the kids with you, literally she didn't want to leave and though we got a new house! Ha! You owe us nothing we had a beautiful time, thank you for sharing your home! And I look to book again here in the future if I return back for a matter! 3
