Great unit, clean and well kept. On a busier street but always found parking in front of the building. No body soaps, so plan that ahead. Host communication was great. They have a nice peaceful backyard that you can enjoy as well.

We had a fantastic time! Beautiful property. Only little glitch was parking. A couple of nights we parked around the corner which was fine! The property looks exactly like the photos!

Everything was nice except the walls are very thin. I could hear the neighbor snoring. No other issues with the property. It was in a great location.

This place was very clean and they've clearly refurbished it recently with nice bathrooms. Neighborhood is a bit questionable and a 30-40 Uber from Bourbon Street. The only thing that was not good was the layout of the house and the beds. You have to walk through each bedroom to get to the next bedroom (so walk through two bedrooms to get to the final room). The beds in the first room, let's just say they were not comfortable (easy to fall out of!). If you have kids in that room, it's probably fine but it might be questionable for adults. The two beds are immediately side by side with no room in between.

My friend and I loved this place for our girls’ getaway. This property is thoughtfully put together and feels cozy but with plenty of space. It had everything we needed, plenty of clean towels, really comfy beds and bedding, and ideal location for getting out and about. No problems with street parking in front. We’d definitely stay here again

We had a great stay! The home was not too far away from all the festivities we had planned. The house was very cozy and clean. We had a group of 6 adults and we all fit perfectly! I would recommend this place to the next guest.

The stay was very nice! We didn’t realize the layout of the house, as it’s one long hallway that flows through each bedroom. I found it fun, but consider it if you’re a group that needs privacy. The stay was very close to a few different bus stops and street car stops, which made traveling around the city very accessible! Overall, a great stay!

It was my first time in New Orleans and I only got to spend one night. This was the perfect spot. A quick Uber ride from EVERYTHING. The place was very comfortable and looks exactly like the pictures.

It was a great location and we enjoyed our stay. The only true complaint was the neighbours upstairs were up at all hours of the night thumping across the floor with shoes that were really loud. Nothing to do with the actual rental itself. A tiny bit of starter coffee would have added to the experience. Overall, I would book it again.

My teenage kids and I took a quick trip to NOLA. This condo offered a well-located place to crash once we finished our shopping and sightseeing around town. It had an easy check-in process and comfortable accommodations.

Property was largely as described. We thought it listed a washer/dryer but didn’t see one on property. The location was great for being close to downtown NOLA. Nice room arrangement for a family of five, especially with two bathrooms. Very clean and tidy. Kitchen was one of the most well stocked we have had in a VRBO. The only downside was that there were bad temporary guests upstairs, which made for an unpleasant night, but the owner was very helpful and quick to sort it out. Would definitely still recommend, especially for families.
