Rachel's Rooftop is a gorgeous newly built condo with views of the canyon!

This unique place has a style all its own. This beautiful condo is located on the 2nd floor of this newly built Barndominium. Enter the front door and climb the beautiful staircase to this open and airy condo with grand views of the canyon. Rachel’s Rooftop is just minutes from the lake, Comal Park, Guadalupe River, Lakeside Golf Club, Whitewater Amphitheater, Schlitterbahn, Gruene and New Braunfels. This beautiful 2 bed/2 bath unit (plus a sofa bed) is stunning and has all the amenities for a wonderful get away!

The space
This Barndo is located closest to ramp 5, although there are several nearby boat ramps. We have plenty of parking for your boat and/or jet skis.

Comal Park is located down the road at 1178 Comal Park Rd.
• Entrance fee to the park is $5 per vehicle with Comal County registration sticker or $20 per non-Comal County registered vehicle.
• Comal Park has picnic sites, two boat ramps, a pea gravel and swim beach, a playground, grill areas, and restrooms throughout the park. The park has various recreational activities including a sand volleyball court, soccer goals, washer pits and kayak & SUP rentals (additional fees apply).

Lakeside Golf Club is also located just down the road at 405 Watts Ln.

Canyon Lake Adventures is the closet location for rental services of boats, jets skis, kayaks, etc. They are located down the road at 161 Canyon Bend.

Cranes Mill Marina is the nearest marina to us. They also have boat rentals and other amenities that other boat ramps do not.

The closest grocery store is Lowe’s Market and is about a mile away.

We are about 10 miles to New Braunfels, Gruene & Schlitterbahn and about 20 miles to San Antonio or San Marcos. Austin is about 40 miles west of us.

We enjoyed our stay! The hosts were always very responsive and accommodating! The large, beautiful kitchen was perfect when we had visitors before we headed to dinner at Gennaro's: the location was great.

The kitchen was well equipped, and having the washer and dryer was a game-changer. Just note that no dishwasher detergent was provided, so bring your own. The house is super spacious and comfortable and quiet, especially considering it's on a busy road. The location is excellent, and the views from the back of the house are great. I just felt the floors needed to be mopped; they were sticky, and our socks were black from walking across them.

We loved this property!! Very nice, clean, a ton of room and exactly what was described in the listing! We will definitely stay here again if we travel this way!!! A lot of little “extras” including books, throw blankets, plenty of pillows, etc. loved the details!

Great stay!

I didnt realize it was basically a 2nd or 3rd floor, at our age and health we may not have picked something with so many stairs. However, it was conveniently placed to everywhere we went. Nice and clean, very comfortable!

Family vaca

Loved the property! Place was super clean for us on arrival. The space is much bigger than we thought and decorated cute. Master has a King bed with walk in closet and walk in shower. Secondary bedroom has a queen and walk in closet and living room has a couch that converts to a bed. Lovely little spot for our family and will stay again!

Beautiful Barndo Loft

We enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and tidy upon arrival. Very beautiful interior that was cozy and enjoyable. We saw deer in the yard or across the road daily. Quiet neighborhood. Very enjoyable stay, would absolutely recommend to friends and family.
