Placed in the coveted Monterey Dunes Colony, take advantage of this incredible opportunity to own your slice of the California Coastline along the exceptionally picturesque Monterey Bay. Check out the Salinas River State Beach while you're here, so pack some sunscreen and a bathing suit for a dip in the serene waters or pitch up an umbrella in the sand and read a good book under its shade. Moss Landing State Wildlife Area is six miles away, where you'll have an array of gorgeous wildlife to gaze out at and admire. If you're lucky, you'll catch a glimpse of the migratory birds that land on the shore!

Inside the home, you'll immediately notice the high vaulted ceilings in the spacious living area decorated with lovely paintings, a bright chandelier overhead, and comfortable furnishings. Step out into the back and sit down on the sectional couch and lay your head down on one of its crimson pillows for a power nap. The beach is within walking distance, where you can hear the sound of the waves crashing in peacefulness. Use the full kitchen and its stainless steel appliances for an all-out dinner later in the evening! The electric fireplace will add ambience with a gorgeous view directly from the comfort of your chairs near the windows. You'll also have on-site activities to participate in, such as tennis courts, bocce ball, pickleball, pool, spa, and volleyball court.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
