REC CENTER / CLUBHOUSE ACCESS:
- Access to Lake Junaluska pool & rec area for a nominal fee paid directly to Lake Junaluska at pool entrance. Playground, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, shuffleboard & putt-putt golf. Paddle boards, canoes, kayaks & tennis racquets may be rented at Lake Junaluska Rec hut. Water sport amenities available Memorial Day - Labor Day.

- Not handicap accessible. Access to the apartment is up a gravel driveway
with a moderate incline and then 13 stairs up to apartment.
PET POLICY:
- 2 pet limit per reservation - 70 pound weight limit per dog
- $75 non-refundable pet fee
- Rentals exceeding 13 nights, the pet fee is assessed per dog
- Dogs MUST be fully housebroken
- Feeding bowls, mat and poo-bags provided
CLEANING FEE:
-Cleaning Fee $75. For stays of 21 nts or more, a mid-stay cleaning required
