I really enjoyed my stay. I just had a few issues. Not having internet until the last day, the paint chipping around the baseboards. As a traveler I’m all about aesthetics. Cameron was very nice about telling me things about the area. Responsive was on point. Thank You!

When we got there this pool was filthy. I have to say, though, that the host got someone there to take care of it on a Saturday night. There were also pool toys around and half of them broken just thrown around the house. The outdoor furniture was very stained.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m really sorry to hear that the pool and outdoor areas were not in the condition you expected upon arrival—that is not the experience we want for our guests. I’m glad we were able to send someone out right away on Saturday night to take care of the pool, and everything was promptly sorted out after that. We also appreciate you pointing out the pool toys and outdoor furniture concerns; these have since been addressed and properly cleaned and organized. We truly appreciate your comments, as they help us improve and maintain the property for future guests. We’re taking your feedback seriously to ensure a better experience moving forward. Thank you again for staying with us.

Fabulous stay. My family truly enjoyed our stay at the Sage House. The host was extremely responsive. The house was beautiful and accommodated all of our needs. We spent the nice days outside by the pool, it was peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed being so close to downtown Gilbert. We could walk to every where we needed. I would definitely return to stay.

Great property with modern interior design and fantastic location!

This is a gem! We could walk to downtown Gilbert in about 5 minutes and yet this property was incredibly quiet. Comfy beds, fun outside space and wonderful master bath! Close to restaurants, shops and golf! Great place to come back to and relax! Communication with the owner and check in were easy! Thanks for the wonderful break from the snow!

Cool house in great location

House was great overall. Didn't receive check-in info until we had to call VRBO a few hours before check-in but once we got the info it was fine. GREAT location to downtown Gilbert. Very modern. In the guest bathroom, the shower doesn't drain water well and the toilet needs to be secured to the ground better (wobbly). Light is out in one of the guess bathrooms. Otherwise it was a great house for our visit and the pool was really nice.

Easter weekend

Place was great, location was perfect but the pool was unusable which was a criteria I used in my search (private pool) paid a little more for this and the filter was broken and seemed to be that way for a while. Pool was dirty and full of bugs. We were not able to use it at all.

One night stay...

The check-in was easy, communication and receiving responses from the owner was extremely expeditious, and the location was a short walking distance from downtown Gilbert. The only thing was I wasn't prepared to disinfect an ant situation in the kitchen when arriving. My daughter, a few of her friends, and myself were bitten before noticing a large ant trail extending from the sink to the microwave. Owner stated that the pest control would come after but that didn't help the fact that the kitchen wasn't able to be used due to that problem.

Very modern and cool vibe in this house. Unique for sure. Concrete floors, black accents all over and super cool ceilings. Walking to downtown Gilbert was great and a very short walk to all the restaurants and bars. Very comfy beds and overall space was great. The pool was well maintained with plenty of pool floats. Outdoor space was also great. We never cooked there so don’t know about how well stocked the kitchen was but it looked like it had everything you would need to eat in. The only issue we had was that the internet never worked - so no TV - and we reported it and tried to reset the modem - but it never worked. There was a water leak in one of the bedrooms (we think from the adjacent bathroom) but owner had someone out right away to assess the issue and was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Aspectos positivos: Llegada y ubicación

Our stay wasn't the best. It felt more like a place to rest instead of a vacation. First night we got there, there was issue with the internet. The plumbing for the bathroom were backing up. The shower was not draining fast enough which caused you to shower in ankle deep water. We were left to using one bathroom instead of having two available. The pool was dirty and had an algae bloom. Informed the host and they had sent a pool guy out the first day. After that day, they didn't send anyone out to follow up or check. They sent another person on the day we left. They tried sending a plumber 3 days into our stay, we didn't want our trip to be interrupted anymore so we declined it. There were also cockroaches as well. Kitchen counter was filthy. Had to clean the counters when we first arrived. Some part felt sticky and some part felt oily.I would add pictures but the app isn't allowing it. Host did tell me everything was in working order before landing. Clearly it was not since we had to contact them multiple times to try to resolve some of the issues.Usually I dont write bad reviews, however I feel others should understand what they will be getting themselves into.

We are new to VRBO but not new to vacation rental hosting. With over 1500 hosted stays on other platoforms we pride ourselves in customer service! As someone who enjoys traveling to beautiful places all over the world, I know coming back to a clean, relaxing, but also unique space at the end of the day is important. Whether you're traveling for work, weekend getaway, visiting family, recreation, or pure leisure and entertainment, my goal is for every guest to feel comfortable while also experiencing a unique taste of the local culture! I love catering the space to meet the needs of guests, so if you need a pack and play for a baby, a specific kitchen item, early check in/late check out, or anything else that would make your stay more enjoyable, please let me know! Thanks for considering my listings for your next trip! Safe travels!
