The double bed is built a little higher so you can see the sea and the sunrise! Breezy with entry doors north and south, the north side has another deck space and shower.

Use the kitchen or delivered food and you can eat outside every day! Play the music as loud as you like! Anytime!

Living in the Philippines is a great option, visas can be renewed without leaving for 3 years or longer, so don’t buy your return ticket, just a cheap throwaway exit ticket to Singapore or Kuala Lumpar!

Please come and stay in one of our bed and breakfast rooms to check out why we love Duyan, and the good reputation for safety and peaceful community. The elementary school is nearby and local children walk to school. We have been here 10 years so a wealth of experiences to draw from and discuss before renting.

This is a new building on a large independent lifestyle farm site of fruit tress and fish ponds. Still adding a few details, the apartment the floor above is sometimes being painted and finished. We the owners live about 100 meters away.

A door and staircase to the top deck under the solar panels is accessible with table and chairs and another outside shower, you can safely party and sleep under the stars and hide your laundry.

The double bed is built a little higher so you can see the sea and the sunrise! Breezy with entry doors north and south, the north side has another deck space and shower. The solid beds are one queen size bed and a single bed, configurable to a lounge bed. The rooms have ample storage wardrobes and solid 60 cm by 120 cm desks with study lights in both.

A new economical Panasonic 2HP quiet split air-con cools the whole place, the automatic night lighting, the WiFi, cameras and much more is solar battery supported.

Stereo amplifier and speakers are included so make all the noise you like, no neighbors but Catmon town is 5 km on a paved road and has ATMs, 711 and pizza delivery. Couriers deliver so you can get almost anything from Shopee Lazada even Amazon. A choice of supermarkets in Sogod and Carmen, good doctors in Sogod and a hospital. Day trip to Cebu city for further choices.

Kitchen has a 3 burner gas hob, filtered water, a larger refrigerator separate door freezer ice maker. We use an LPG hot water system for reliable hot showers, as the on grid electrical supply can be unpredictable especially after storms, and all lights and fans run on solar.

Minimum rental period 2 months, max 3 persons over 2 years. We require a refundable deposit of one month fully refundable less unpaid LPG, Electric Utility and damage. We can extend the open rental period to one year at least.

The building and private access road has night lighting and security cameras and a few of our dogs will check you occasionally. Pets allowed and we supply a gardener weekly to trim the trees and garden, and can recommend a housekeeper laundry person if you like.

Long term guests can expect covered parking, more paved road and other new extras to be added, however we plan not to disturb your solitude.

You pay for LPG and Public Electric Power (not solar power.) While not included in your private space, the storage area under contains some 3000 plus books you may rotate borrow.

Reliable basic WiFi is included and the SMART SIM phone signal we use.

A multimedia library of over 6,000 movies and much more is online in house here. We have a swimming pool available in the summer. Currently sunrise apartment is available from the second month of 2023.

We have other rooms on the property you may book if you are intending to invite visitors, or if you wish to have a driver you can accommodate them comfortably nearby.

I love to repeat the times spending 6 months reading and thinking creatively, uninterrupted by the pressures of complex lifestyles. To do this tropical undisturbed locations are best, easy to dress, easy to relax outdoors and inexpensive to live and in this location, nothing important is judgmental!

10 years ago we got this large area of abounded and and planted hundreds of trees, built large fish ponds for necessary irrigation and then guest rooms. We have a family who attend the local Elementary School, the community is very safe and supportive.

We live close by. This property is at the end of our private road, it does not have uninvited visitors, or 6 friendly dogs make sure of that.

As a retired systems engineer I can do a lot of the technical maintenance between computer programming and enjoying day trips to some of the many unique locations I like to share with guests.

I'm also a diving instructor very much enjoying the magic of coral reef life.

My study is on the ground floor. The property is also protected by security cameras. You can chose to short term adopt a dog too! No one comes near this property in the wild except the gardener and us.
