This unique, cozy, riverfront 4-plex is nuzzled away in the Beaver Valley community about 7 miles from downtown Payson. The East Verde River provides a great view and soundtrack as you relax and enjoy the breathtaking view of the beautiful landscape and the Mogollon Rim! Perfect for a romantic getaway or quality time with family and friends. The outdoor living spaces include a fire pit, grills and plenty of sitting areas that are nearly always shaded and cooled by the river's breeze. Spend your afternoons relaxing, BBQ, hiking, fishing, swimming or antique shopping in Payson. The short drive from Phoenix is the perfect spot to get away from everything and expose yourself to Northern Arizona's beauty. You won't miss any of the amenities with TV and High-Speed Internet. Max of 4 guests only. We do allow dogs (2 max) in some units-must get PRIOR approval and a $75 pet fee. No Trailers or RVs. Cameras are on the exterior of the property.

It was a super cute area! It was clean and just the right size for what we needed. I will say the only issue we had was with the couch it wasn’t comfortable. So we ended up just hanging out in the room. The views were amazing! We would come here again.

What an amazing experience we had at this location in Payson. When we started down the driveway, we noticed four elk resting at the edge. They were so close I was nervous about walking into my place, but the elk and I worked out a truce, and they moved down the hill where they stayed for the remainder of the afternoon. The spot is lush with trees. Hummingbirds visited the birdfeeder. An assortment of other birds sang all afternoon. It was magical. The unit itself was great. We slept soundly in a very tidy and comforting space. Tasteful artwork hangs on the walls. Appliances are new and functional. Things felt more than clean--they felt fresh. There were Keurig pods for morning coffee. We assembled a breakfast from ingredients we'd bought at the farmer's market the day before. And we had time before checkout to read on the incredibly cozy furniture on the outdoor patio overlooking the East Verde River. It was my wife's birthday weekend. She was in heaven, Thank you, Rachel and Nicky, for an amazing experience.

We were pleasantly surprised that it was so cozy and private despite being a multi unit property. It was clean, communication was clear and timely, and we very much enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful setting northeast of the Scottsdale area in Beaver Valley. We were met by Ron and his dad, who is also Ron, upon arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. This hidden Gem is a must stay. There are Elk and sometimes a cow or more that sometimes bed down in the wooded area on one side of the property. Great communication from both Rachel and Nicky. Pictures can't do this place justice, book this unit and you will not be disappointed!

This is great for a simple family getaway. It is truly waterfront. Nice outdoor spaces. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Appreciated ease of parking. Area is quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and peaceful creekside property in a nice quiet neighborhood. Close enough to lots of activities but so great to get away from the hustle and bustle.
