The WozNest

Our cozy 3-bedroom home has everything you need for your Loup City trip. You will enjoy the entire home to yourself! The house comes fully equipped with everything you need including a washer, dryer, dishwasher, grill, Wi-Fi, TV & Fire Stick. During your stay you can also enjoy using a full sized kitchen with Keurig, two bathrooms, three bedrooms, and two living rooms. Our home is within walking distance to the grocery store, park, diner, & bar. Take a short 7 mile drive to enjoy Sherman Lake!
The space
This home has been in my husband's family for many generations. We enjoyed this home as our primary residence prior to relocating. Originally built in 1949, this home has went under a few renovations since 2015. Most recently the finished basement in 2017 and updated kitchen in 2022. Our family loves to come back home to visit and coming back to this home in particular is so special to us.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire home. This includes access the three bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, laundry area, backyard, driveway and carport. Keuring and coffee are always supplied for our guests! Feel free to use the grill located under the carport as well!
Other things to note
Fully trained pets are always allowed. We do request that animals do not sleep in the beds or on the furniture if possible. If you forget your water and food dishes, there are a small set in the hallway drawers for you to use. Please pickup after your pets inside and outside.

There is a fire extinguisher located on the top of the fridge in case of any emergencies!
