This family-friendly condo is ideal for family and group getaways. The sunny living area is equipped with two comfortable sofas strategically placed near a TV, so you can snuggle up comfortably and watch your favorite shows and movies after an entertaining day in the pool. The balcony off the living area offers a great viewing point and a wonderful spot to enjoy your morning coffee, read a good book, or simply chat with your friends and plan your next adventures. The full, open kitchen has all major appliances to prepare tasty treats and homemade meals for everyone. A Keurig coffee maker will make mornings easier for you! This condo allows you to pack as light as you would like with a stackable washer/dryer. Additional perks include TVs in both bedrooms and a private balcony off the primary bedroom.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Great spot with chill vibes.

It was a larger space than we thought, very clean and nice condo over all, TV in every room, a/c worked very well, pool was always clean felt safe for the kids. 10/10 would recommend.

Very comfortable!

Lots of space in the common areas. Great location. Parking is a challenge under the building if you have a large truck, but there is some on the street parking right by the pool.

Nice place, just needs some fixing

Overall nice place, but had issues locking my front door to leave. Door and door panel weren't lined up. One point, we had to have our son stay while we left. Because our belongings were in the room. Didn't want anyone to go in and steal our stuff. Also, balcony doors wouldn't open

Good for the value. Unit was spruced up a bit, but the property is older and needed some love. Hot tub on site ,but not working. Ice trays were empty so I had to go grab some ice (no ice maker). 10a Checkout was a bit aggressive, but on the bright side we got home early that day. Again, good value and close to the Whitecap beach and HWY 361 if youre heading into Port A.

Stay away from any property under Vacasa

AC was great, close to beach. Things that were bad since there is no place for that….internet was awful first night, unit has food roaches, kitchen had no trash can. Multi attempts to get one through text and nothing. If you are by any means disabled stay away as we didn’t find anything other than stairs. This is the 2nd time staying with Vacasa and both times we had issues with the units and the customer service is under par to say the least.

Large living area with 2 couches. Beautiful floors. Well decorated and furnished. Minor maintenance issues. Squeaky doors. Shower control does not work well. Ice trays are cheap and unusable. No trash can. Two coffee makers but yet no coffee cups. One balcony cannot be accessed, the other has problems with the door latch. neither have a screen door.

Don’t do it

First, I think it would be really helpful if photos of the actual building were included on your website. That way, guests can get a clearer idea of where they’ll be staying before arrival. Second, the parking garage was unfortunately flooded for all four days of our visit, which made parking and getting in and out a bit of a challenge. Third, the master bedroom sheets were stained — one of them had a very large and noticeable stain, which was really unpleasant to see upon arrival. Also, on our first day, I contacted the number provided for assistance around 6 PM. I was prompted to text instead, which I did, but I didn’t receive a response until about 10 PM. By that time, my family and I had already figured things out on our own. That said, once we settled in, the overall stay was okay. The kids really enjoyed the pool, and the beach being just 9 minutes away was a big plus. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I hope this feedback helps improve future guest experiences.

I liked the space. The Condo itself was nice. I liked the fact that it was located close to plenty of restaurants and White Cap beach was right down the way. Even though, I visited the beach for less than an hour during my trip, because the heat and I don't work well together. I had to get use to going up and down 3 sets of concrete stairs though. When I first got there, it was so hot, and lugging all of my stuff and food was a beast. The patio windows in both the living room and bedroom were dirty. The Patios needed to be power washed. It seems as if it has not been cleaned before. The chairs were also dirty. There was a bucket of cigarette butts in a pail and butts in the cracks of the patio. The Keurig needed to be cleaned as well.

We didn’t choose this house but are grateful

This house was a backup house. Our original house we booked the a.c. went out so they were great and put us up here for the remainder of our stay. But I personally don’t think I would have chose this house myself. For one, you need to be no taller than like 5’10 maybe even 5’11, the entryway and bathroom is super short, especially the shower! I’m 5’3 and I could easily touch the ceiling without standing on my tip toes. Another thing about the bathroom is the shower! The knob to turn it on is outdated and super confusing, it took us a day to figure it out, meanwhile the hot water (because we couldn’t figure out how to turn it to cold) was scalding! And if you want to do laundry be prepared for it to be very loud and a lot of the settings don’t work. This house is on the second floor, with there being 2 sets of stairs. The pool is not little kid friendly and is small. There is no dishwasher but plenty of cups and plates etc. Overall we did like the living room, it was comfortable and felt homey. We are thankful that they gave us a house to stay after the other house didn’t work out but I will pass on this one the next time we come to town.
